Breakfast was fantastic. Free bus line that takes you into town interlaken. Runs about every 30 min. The views are amazing and pool in really nice. Would love to come back!

The lack of air conditioning or fan during the hot summer days was definitely an inconvenient. We did open the balcony door to let fresh air in but that brought in lots of bugs into our room which was also inconvenient with us getting bug bites. Other than that, we loved the property, the daily breakfast buffet was very nice along with the pool area. The Gym did not have Air conditioning so made it hard to work out in a hot room.

A wonderful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and an amazing location overlooking the lake. The only drawback was no AC in the rooms. Which is fairly standard in this part of the world. They don’t deliver room service to your room but will put an order on trays at the restaurant you can carry yourself to your room.

Two floor rooms were neat and tidy The one key input is to share with prospective guests, how easy it is to get from Interlaken train station the property by the hourly bus service - I almost didn’t book the property thinking it was too remote and isolated and difficult to get to without a car

This hotel really is lovely. Spacious rooms, comfortable accommodations. Very nice amenities for families, including a great pool, mini golf, playground, kids play room, etc. One drawback was no A/C - room was warm at night and it was buggy enough outside we didn't want to leave the windows open, though that certainly would have cooled things down. Other thing to consider is just how far the hotel is from Interlaken - as the crow flies and as it looks on the map, it seems close...but it's a 20-25 minute drive along narrow roads with hairpin turns to get up there. The view is well worth it - but something to keep in mind if you are intending to spend substantial time doing other things in the area.
