Great hotel and location.
Very nice hotel. Staff were excellent. A large gym and pool/spa that I regret not having the time this time to make use of, but I will if I'm back here again.

It was really nice. Staff are very helpful Only one complaint the heating made a horrendous noise in number 107 so we had no sleep till after 12.30 am and woke by the noise again at 6am

Quite old fashioned hotel need a bit renovation. The food is horrible there! 😂 it’s so cold in the hotel as well.

Lovely welcome and use of spa a real bonus. Room no 9 is spacious and full of character. One night stay perfect for accessing Bristol Airport. Staff really lovely. Thank you.

A beautiful place to stay in the middle of no where, the only downside is the various stairs to encounter.

Staff friendly and helpful, but the room was poky (looked out directly on a grass bank!) and too hot. Had a poor night's sleep owing to noises off - noisy pipework, comings and goings in the corridor etc. Food really indifferent and poor value. For the superb location - and for Best Western - I would have expected something much better

This property is quite old but has a nice feeling to it and a lot of character. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also good.

A good stay.
A great stay. We were already aware of the numerous quirky hallways and stairs. Yes, it is easy to lose your way. The breakfast was nice. Dinner - mine wasn’t great. I ordered mushroom pancakes! Avoid. Chewy and tasteless. But our daughter said the burger was the best she had ever had. Our view was pretty bad- looking into a waste area. However, the room was lovely and everything was clean. They have a kettle and biscuits in the room. Beautiful surroundings. Loved the pool and sauna.

Lovely location
Met up with friends a d had a lovely stay. We had Executive rooms whuch were nice and spacious- especially room 4. Very nice meal in the restaurant. All staff very friendly. Lovely location and will definitely stay again.
