The garage is great especially on a snowy winter day. but the check in process was a big issue. We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. So we went to the only restaurant open in town to grab a bite while contacting Expedia for a solution.
Expedia finally get in touch with the owner, however, we were demanded to go back to check in within 5 mins otherwise they would not wait. However, after I got there, it was not getting better. I waited for another 5mins at the door. I think the owner has tried their best to help however, nobody really speaks English and I unfortunately speaks limited Italian. The house is beautiful and new. The view is also great. We believe we are the only guest there for that night, if the owner were not planning to be there, at least text me if calling is too difficult to understand.
I simply would not recommend staying here if you don't speak basic Italian to communicate. If you do like to choose this location, try contact them in advance, maybe that would help.
