This charming, luxurious, and cozy holiday villa features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a recreation room, and a spacious garden. Designed for optimal enjoyment and relaxation, it is fully equipped with modern amenities, including free WiFi, and has been recently renovated. Whether visiting as a couple or with a group of up to eight, guests will feel right at home. Please note that bookings are not available for groups under 21 years of age.

The house is spread over three floors. Upon entering, the hall leads to a welcoming dining area with a large table and an open kitchen with a cooking island. Behind the kitchen, there is a bathroom with a toilet and shower, along with a double bedroom. The bright and spacious living room, featuring a large wood-burning stove, offers panoramic views of the surrounding garden. French doors open onto a covered and illuminated terrace (operated by remote control), where guests can enjoy outdoor seating and dining late into the evening. The expansive woodland garden provides a peaceful retreat, with opportunities to spot birds and squirrels. There is a mix of sunny and shaded areas, a large fire bowl, and a buried trampoline for children. Hammocks, hanging chairs, and a swing bench can be arranged in multiple spots for added comfort.

A stylish open staircase, situated between the kitchen and the living room, leads to the upper floor, where two spacious bedrooms (one with two beds, the other with three) can be found. This level also has ample space for a cot.

The stairs to the lower level are located in the hall. Downstairs, guests will find an additional refrigerator, a washing machine, a fourth double bedroom, and a luxurious bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub. This floor also features a beautifully lit recreation room, complete with a lounge sofa, TV, pool table, and music system—perfect for unwinding. All rooms on this level benefit from underfloor heating for added comfort.
