Simply beautiful apartment on the farm

Simply beautiful apartment in the outskirts, south of Backnang.

Our former (Bioland) farm / Aussiedlerhof is picturesquely situated between paddocks, fields and orchards.
The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor of the old farmhouse which was completely renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail and according to building biological criteria. The individual location of our farm gives a fantastic view over almost the entire Backnanger Bay and the Swabian Forest. And yet the courtyard is very central. By car it is 300 m on the B14 towards Schwäbisch Hall and Stuttgart and the Autobahn feeder Mundelsheim on the A81. It is about a 3-minute walk to the bus stop to Backnang and the S-Bahn stations Backnang and Maubach. A full-range organic garden nursery is 700 meters away (open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). In 20 minutes you can easily walk to the center of Backnang with its historic old town and all conceivable shops, medical center and train station with S-Bahn connection to Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg as well as a regional train connection towards Schwäbisch Hall to Nuremberg.
In Backnang you will also find cultural experiences such as theater, cinema, restaurants etc. as well as an outdoor and indoor pool with a sauna area.

Our apartment has two rooms. Both can be used as bedrooms. In addition, a kitchen with dining area and a beautiful view. The apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished. The living room has a French balcony, satellite TV, internet connection (LAN) and a sofa bed with mattress. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and a work place with internet connection. The pretty bright bathroom with a view over Backnang has underfloor heating, a large sink, a toilet and a shower. The tastefully furnished, light-flooded eat-in kitchen is complete and of high quality. A place to stay and enjoy z. B. the sunsets. There is also a hallway with a cloakroom and storage room.

The spacious orchard can be used from April to October. Garden furniture is available.

Smokers have the opportunity to do so on the doorstep.

For stays of 14 days or more, the apartment is cleaned once a week (subject to payment).
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, dish soap, dish brush and toilet paper are provided.

Die Wohnung war schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Sie war sauber und man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Da noch andere mit im Haus wohnen war es manchmal etwas laut,leider auch noch nach 22 Uhr. Die Lage der Wohnung war außerhalb des Ortes und lag ruhig. Obst das in der Anzeige angepriesen wurde war nicht zu finden. Das WLAN ging nur von 7 bis 23 Uhr. Im Ganzen war es aber ganz ok.

Geschmackvolle, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir (Paar, 50+) fanden eine sehr saubere, komplett ausgestattete und auf hohem Niveau geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage vor. Das Feriendomizil lies keine Wünsche offen. Die freundliche Vermieterin lernten wir als sehr netten Menschen kennen. Wir nutzten unseren Ferienaufenthalt, um die Region im Großraum Stuttgart näher kennen zu lernen. Trotz der ruhigen Ortsrandlage der Fewo sind viele landschaftliche, kulturelle und städtebauliche Höhepunkte im Stuttgarter Umland durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Auto innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Mittelalterstädte mit historischem Ortskern wie Backnang, Schwäbisch Hall, Marbach, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Besigheim u.dgl. sind ebenso wie die Städte Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg u.a. sehenswert. Die Weinwanderwege an Neckar, Murr, Enz und Metter sind ebenso lohnenswerte Ziele. Liebe Frau Gruber, vielen Dank für die schöne Woche, die wir in Ihrer absolut empfehlenswerten Fewo verbringen durften! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag genossen! Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung hat eine ruhige Lage, wurde vor kurzem neu renoviert und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. in Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg) per Auto in ca 30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Die Fewo ist gemütlich, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Bilder sind sehr aussagekräftig. Die Begrüßung und die kurzen Gespräche der Gastgeberin waren sehr herzlich. Auch die Tipps für die Urlaubsgestaltung - vielen Dank nochmal. Die Lage ist, wie beschrieben, ruhig und perfekt zum Urlauben. Durch die Lage und die gute Verkehrsanbindung in Backnang kann man sehr viel in der Umgebung erleben. Als Urlaubsdomizil ist diese Fewo sehr zu empfehlen.

Endlich Urlaub
Wir haben es gut getroffen, es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben um die Gegend kennen zu lernen, Info Material sowie Hausordnung, dass Beste der Bioladen um die Ecke (mit ebike 5. Min.) Maximal! Dort gibt es alles was man gebraucht, immer wieder gerne dort Urlauben.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung mitten im Grünen (aber auch ganz nahe an Backnang) ist noch sehr neu. Sie ist mit viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles da, was es braucht, und mehr. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer der Dachwohnung gehen hinten auf Pferdekoppeln hinaus, sodass es in der Nacht schön ruhig war. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, war aber auch äusserst diskret, obwohl ein Teil von ihnen im selben Haus wohnt. Wir waren auf Verwandschaftsbesuch, in Backnang, könnten uns aber auch vorstellen in der Wohnung zu zweit Ferien zu machen. Alles wunderbar, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir wurden von Frau Gruber sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, schön hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts.
