The hotel is a little hard to find because there was no physical address and its behind the cafe shop Also there was no elevator, we always needed assistance for our things to be delivered Otherwise overall, it was a pleasant stay

Staff very nice and friendly and helpful. Very good. What I didn't' like - whole bathroom including toilet floor gets wet all the way to the floor because there is no separation between toilet and shower.

love the hotel, staff are very helpful and very friendly every single day. the only downfall is they dont have wardrobes to put ur clothes to hang but they provided us immediatly a clothing rack and let us have a small fridge and a dryer but other than that .YES we are coming back to stay if they will put wardrobes to the rooms.

I would expect better cleaness room. The requested a cash deposit at the entrance, without any option to pay by credit card. Breakfast was very simple and were had to pay extra for having a tea instead of coffee
