The successful home division has a large living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a nursery, an additional room, which optionally as a second Bedroom or second Nursery or. 2 Living room or game room can be used, a bathroom, a hallway and a small storage space. On the terrace of the small table and bench available. House is right on the edge. It is 8 minutes within walking to the lake. The beautiful golf course is right next to the resort.

Ein Haus in guter ruhiger Lage mit sehr viel Potential. Hier sollte mal Hand angelegt werden um es wieder auf Stand zubringen. Ein sehr muffiger u. feuchter Geruch. Kein WLAN und der Service fĆ¼r die SchlĆ¼sselĆ¼bergabe und Endreinigung ist nur bedingt bis garnicht gegeben. Dennoch grundsƤtzlich fĆ¼r einen Urlaub soweit alles vorhanden. Bedingt empfehlenswerteā€¦

Kurzurlaub am Twiste-Stausee
Aufgrund einer Feier haben wir uns kurzerhand im Ferienpark eingemietet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet, die Lage ideal, um schnell nach Volkmarsen und Bad Arolsen zu kommen oder einfach am See zu bleiben. Alles, Buchung, SchlĆ¼sselĆ¼bergabe und Bezahlung lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung liegt im Wald und ist deshalb etwas dunkel, aber eben auch kĆ¼hl bei den hohen Temperaturen, die wir noch hatten. Die Gegend/Landschaft ist sehr schƶn und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Ein Highlight neben dem Stausee, der im September stattfindende Triathlon im, am und um den See herum. Herzlichst eure Urlauber

Auf FeWo wird geschrieben, dass WLAN vorhanden wƤre. Dem ist nicht so. Unsere Vermieterin meinte nur, dass das eine Fehlinformation wƤre. Blƶd wenn man noch was fĆ¼r die Arbeit erledigen muss und WLAN benƶtigt. Matratzen sind unbequem, RĆ¼ckenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. AutolƤrm von der LandstraƟe ist sehr laut. Ansonsten war das Haus okay.

gemĆ¼tliches Domizil fĆ¼r heiƟe und Regentage
- ein sehr gemĆ¼tliches Ferienhaus, mitten im Wald, gut ausgerĆ¼stet. Das kleine 'Minus': man hƶrt auƟen etwas die BundesstraƟe 450, beim Lesen auf der Terrasse hat es aber schlussendlich nicht gestƶrt. Der Abstand zwischen den FerienhƤusern ist in diesem Bereich so groƟ, dass man andere GƤste nur wenig hƶrt. WƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir besonders heiƟe Tage - hier bot die Ć¼berdeckte Terrasse einen idealen Aufenthaltsort - und zwei Tage Dauerregen, an denen es sich im groƟzĆ¼gigen Wohn-Essraum gut aushalten lieƟ. Das nahegelegene Strandbad (FuƟweg 15 Min) hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Das Kaffeetrinkangebot in der Gegend ist auch sehr gut; bemerkenswert - das CafĆ© Ć¼ber dem Wasserablauf des Sees. Die umgebende Landschaft ist sehr abwechslungsreich; um sie auch mit dem Rad zu erkunden, hƤtte ich mir einen Fahrradverleih im Ferienpark gewĆ¼nscht (eine Fahrradleihmƶglichkeit gibt es in Bad Arolsen). Durch viele nahegelegene KleinstƤdte ist das Angebot fĆ¼r Kultur- und StƤdtereisende sehr groƟ. Eine besondere positive Ɯberraschung war Bad Arolsen mit vergleichsweise vielen Museen, interessanten GeschƤften, vergleichsweise regem Leben in der HauptstraƟe und natĆ¼rlich dem Barockschloss.
