Yes, my holiday home is a bit “out of line”. Even in terms of materials, shapes and dimensions:

There is light goat hair carpet in all three bedrooms and linoleum in the living area.

The large round white dining table is particularly comfortable, specially made in affordable FengShui dimensions.

The new fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and pleasant details. A kettle, coffee machine and toaster are also available.

The bathtub is available as a valuable opportunity to relax and it is also designed as a shower.

There is a daylight lamp in the bathroom for your health, and the rest of the house's lighting design is designed for all-round well-being, even - completely new: particularly low-flicker light with excellent spectral distribution with a reduced blue component, i.e. sun-like, even light, can be experienced here from November .

There is also a landline connection with LAN cable and Wi-Fi (for switching off, of course) at FH Waldfee.

Haus Waldfee is a non-smoking house and pets are not permitted.

Grilling at the house is prohibited.

For children there is a large playground in the park with a climbing frame, slide and much more, as well as a volleyball court.

There is a mini golf course at the entrance to the holiday park (clubs and balls in the house) and a 9-hole golf course in the immediate vicinity.

There is a table tennis table in the immediate vicinity of the house, 4 rackets and balls are in the cupboard.

The entire holiday park is car-free. Luggage can be easily brought to the house using the luggage carts available in the parking lots.

The Twistesee offers a beautiful sandy beach (accessible on foot) with restaurants, toilets and showers, a water ski facility, boat rental and much more.

In Bad Arolsen (less than 10 minutes away by car) there are good shopping opportunities and good restaurants for every taste.

And now about the prices: They vary between EUR 69 and EUR 85 per night depending on the season.

In addition to the rental price, there is a flat rate of EUR 3.50 per day / person for water, electricity, gas and WiFi, which is paid on site.

The final cleaning costs EUR 60 and is paid directly on site when the keys are handed over.

Please bring bed linen, towels and tea towels with you.
And also slippers - for the light goat hair carpets and the light linoleum.
