Geräumige Wohnung, gute Betten, abgewohntes Wohnzimmer
Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses ist sehr geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß, die Betten sind wirklich Spitze!! Verdunklung nur per Rollo, und die funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, und sogar noch Einiges mehr. Kleiner Tisch zum Essen. Leider war das Dachfenster defekt und konnte nicht geöffnet werden, womit das Kochen bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur nicht viel Spaß machte. Der Wohn- Essbereich ist sehr groß, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, aber die Sofas sind sehr abgewohnt. Alles in allem sehr zusammengewürfelte Einrichtung, es riecht auch extrem muffig in der Wohnung. Der Dachbalkon zeigt sich von seiner traurigsten Seite. Unterschiedliche Stühle, kein Tisch!!!, Markise defekt, Sonnenschirm aber vorhanden, Rolladen zum Wohnzimmer defekt und nicht ganz oben, so dass immer Gefahr bestand sich den Kopf anzuschlagen, und leider waren auch jede Menge Spinnweben vorhanden. Wir hatten 5 Tage Aufenthalt bei bestem Wetter, für die kurze Dauer haben uns die Einschränkungen nicht gestört. Wir haben kurzerhand den kleinen Küchentisch auf den Balkon verfrachtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone oder im Kurpark. Schöne Wanderwege vorhanden.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung in toller Wander-Gegend
Man merkt der Wohnung an, dass sie von Menschen eingerichtet wurde die sich hier einen schönen Platz zum Wohlfühlen geschaffen haben. Dieser persönliche Touch hat uns sehr zugesagt. Von den gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten hat man nach mehreren Richtungen Aussicht auf den nahen Wald. Badewanne + Waschmaschine sorgen für Komfort. Bad Herrenalb als Urlaubsort fanden wir für Wander-Urlaub ohne Auto einfach perfekt. Ruhe und wundervolle Natur, gleichzeitig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort und gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Große gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Der Aufenthalt in der großen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Es fehlte an nichts und der Kontakt zur Verwalter und Eigentümerin war gut , Anfragen wurden schnell bearbeitet. Den Ausblick vom Balkon hätten wir gern mehr genossen, aber der Kälteeinbruch war ein Hindernis. Wir kommen nächstes Mal im Sommer gern wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Sie strahlte den Charme der späten 70er Jahre aus, was uns gut gefiel. Alle Ziele im Ort sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Da jedoch etliche Treppenstufen im Haus bis zur Wohnung genommen werden müssen, ist sie für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen nicht geeignet. Die Lage im 4.OG ist aber vom Vermieter angegeben. Das die Heizung gegen Mitternacht rigoros herunterregelte (Heizkörper etliche Zeit kalt) gefiel uns nicht so gut. Ansonsten eine gelungene Sache.
