Die Heizung hat die ganze Nacht gegluckert (Luft im Heizkörper) Die Fenstersimsen waren bereits mit Schimmel. Das Frühstück für 17.50 war das Geld nicht wert.

Alles Tippi Toppi außer das Frühstück wie schon des öffteren bemängelt. Preis/Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Preis ist überzogen für die Auswahl und Gestaltung der Präsentation der Frückstückskomponenten. Für 17,50 einfach zu spärlich. Entweder den Preis auf 12,00 Eur. reduzieren oder die Auswahl mit besseren Komponenten bestücken. Nicht alle essen Wurst und Käse. Eine einfache Fischalternative würde das ganze abrunden (Muss ja kein Lachs sein). Habe ich aber im Hotel angesprochen. Es fehlten viele Gabeln an den einzelnen Stationen um die Lebensmittel nicht mit dem eigenen Besteck herauszunehmen. Keine Bezeichnung um welche Sachen es sich handelt. Also am Frühstück ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Das war der Punkt warum keine 5 Sterne. Was ich noch hervorhebrn möchte ist das der Gast sich ausserhalb der Zeiten unten im Frühstücksraum selbst mit Getränken versorgen kann. Einfach in die Liste eintragen. Sehr 👍 Ich hoffe meine Kritik findet positiven Anklang.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet. Eine kleine Kaffee bzw. Tee Bar war auch vorhanden. Alles ist sehr Sauber. Das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das digitale Einschecken hat super funktioniert. Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden. Komme gerne wieder.

Ich war beruflich für eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft. Für diesen Zweck war sie in Ordnung, das Bett war bequem und auf den ersten Blick schien alles sauber zu sein. Auch der Check-In lief ohne Probleme ab, da ich vorab online meine Daten eingeben konnte und meine Zimmerkarte in einem Tresor vor der Tür aufbewahrt wurde. Die Nähe zum Kurpark und die ruhige Umgebung war sehr schön, ich konnte das Hotel leicht finden und es gab ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Check-out Zeit von 12 Uhr fand ich ebenfalls als sehr angenehm, das Reinigungspersonal hat das "bitte nicht stören"-Schild respektiert und gewartet, bis ich das Zimmer verlassen habe. Allerdings ist mir als erstes im aufgefallen, dass der Becher im Badezimmer super dreckig war und vermutlich noch nie eine Spülmaschine von innen gesehen hat. Auch die Tasse und den Teelöffel, bei der Kaffeemaschine, wollte ich lieber nicht benutzen. Die Wände sind wirklich extrem dünn. Mein Nachbar hat abends telefoniert, dabei konnte ich konnte jedes Wort verstehen. Geweckt wurde ich dann am nächsten Morgen von der Dusche meines Nachbarn. Das war so laut, als hätte ich in seinem Badezimmer geschlafen. Das Frühstück für 17,50€ ist maßlos überteuert. Für ein / zwei Nächte also vollkommen ok, für einen Urlaub oder einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich aber eher eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

Ein wunderschönes , mega sauberes Hotel mit warmherziger Atmosphäre in toller Lage nah des Kurparks und der Fußgängerzone. Die Inhaberin strahlt Liebe zu ihrem Beruf und Kompetenz aus und ist bemüht, den Gästen ein gutes Gefühl zu vermitteln.Man fühlt sich wohl und gut aufgehoben , das ganze Hotel strahlt eine Fröhlichkeit aus ! Wow !! Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und umfangreich, für jeden etwas dabei.Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Allerdings war im Doppelzimmer nur ein Stuhl vorhanden.Es wäre gemütlicher, zwei Sessel anzubieten. Das ist aber auch tatsächlich das Einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben. Wir kommen wieder, das steht fest !!!!
