Think twice before making reservation
1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm.

Great choice, but do think twice...!
The hotel was an excellent choice with two shortcomings: 1) The room, at least in our branch of the building, has basically no bathroom walls. The shower is a fish tank in the middle of the room, with perfectly transparent glass, while the toilet is closed off by a thin smoked glass, which is not even sealed to the wall when closed. If you are the kind of person who prefers to be alone in the bathroom under specific circumstances, I promise this is NOT for you... 2) The hotel has no WiFi at all, not even for the usual laughably-high price. There's a T-mobile hotspot in the lobby, but that requires a registered account and you might not wanna bother. You won't have it in your room anyway. Everything else is actually pretty cool: if you can deal with the two points above, I strongly recommend you stay here. The breakfast buffet is great (cold cheese and cured meats, but you also get warm eggs, omelettes and the likes on request). The sauna is very large and not crowded. You have four saunas of different kinds and temperatures, indoor pool and jacuzzi in the same area. Also plenty of sport facilities: mini-golf, pool, air-hokey, table tennis... you name it. All included in the room price, except 8ā‚¬/day for parking.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schwimmbad und Sauna, sowie Fitness-Spielehalle vorhanden und einen hauseigenen Minigolfplatz. Sehr kinderliebes und tierliebes Hotel. Abendessen- Buffet ist zubuchbar. Gute Lage, Edeka unmittelbar nebenan. Strand ca. 30 min. zu FuƟ erreichbar.

sehr schƶnes Hotel mit kleinen MƤngeln...
ABSOLUT freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck, alle waren sehr bemĆ¼ht und freundlich. Problematisch nur die Architektur, wir hatten ein Maisonettezimmer (dass da innen Treppen sind, logisch!) dass leider nur ungeschickt zu erreichen war (aus dem Aufzug raus, dann erstmal vier Stufen abwƤrts (!) - wie soll das gehen mit dem GepƤckwagen? - und dann vor dem Zimmer wieder vier Stufen hoch bis zur TĆ¼r... sehr unpraktisch. Dann war es immer sehr warm im Zimmer, und nur *ein einziges Fenster* hatte ein Insektengitter installiert. Keine Chance auf LĆ¼ftung... weil es gab sehr, sehr viele StechmĆ¼cken. Auch der Gang vor dem Zimmer, immer sehr heiss- es hƤtte zwar gegenĆ¼berliegende TĆ¼ren gehabt, um Durchzug zu schaffen, aber eine war immer abgeschlossen.....bei 12 Tagen Aufenthalt wƤre ausserdem 1x BettwƤsche wechseln zwischendurch auch ganz nett. :-)

Wir haben als Paar drei NƤchte im Hotel IV Jahreszeiten verbracht. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist. Der Empfang war kĆ¼hl und distanziert. Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und verfĆ¼gte Ć¼ber eine Terrasse, die mit Tisch und zwei StĆ¼hlen bestĆ¼ckt war. Unser Zimmer war sauber , das Bett sehr komfortabel. Die Terrasse war sehr schmutzig, ebenso die Fenster und Fliegengitter. Unkraut wucherte Ć¼berall und auf dem Boden tĆ¼mmelten sich Ameisen. Wer zur SeebrĆ¼cke und Strand mƶchte benƶtigt ein Fahrrad. Ein freundlicher Verleih befindet sich neben dem HotelgelƤnde. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war lecker und es waren immer ausreichend PlƤtze vorhanden. GegenĆ¼ber des Hotels befinden sich ein Edeka und ein hervorragender Italiener. Die Lobby mit Bar ist stylisch, der Fitnessraum gut bestĆ¼ckt. Der Saunabereich ist wunderbar, der Pool recht klein aber ausreichend. Im Garten ist unter BƤumen eine Minigolf Anlage angelegt, die zusehends verfƤllt. Metallteile stehen ab, nicht nur fĆ¼r spielende Kinder gefƤhrlich. Den Hafen erreicht man zu FuƟ in etwa 15 Minuten.

Sehr schƶne Unterkunft, alles auf der Insel per Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar. Kleines Manko : der Fitnessraum ist aufgrund des Glasdaches im Sommer nicht gut nutzbar. Ansonsten Verpflegung und zimmer top.
