This charming ski chalet is nestled in a prime ski-in, ski-out location on the La Rouge ski piste, offering breathtaking mountain views and three levels of comfortable living space. The chalet is beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of luxury and warmth, making it an ideal retreat for up to 10 guests.

The top floor is dedicated to entertainment and relaxation, featuring an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with a cozy fireplace. The space opens onto a south-facing balcony, where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The main entrance floor welcomes guests with a spacious reception area, which includes a vestibule and stairs leading to the upper and lower levels. On this floor, there are two double en-suite bedrooms, including the master suite that also opens onto a south-facing balcony.

The lower garden floor provides additional living space and convenience, with a separate entrance for the ski room, a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and two more double/twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. This floor also includes a second living area, perfect as a TV room or a playroom for children.

For easy access, the chalet features an indoor parking garage with two private spaces. Guests can then walk down a pedestrian set of stairs (50 meters) to reach the chalet, a pathway shared by neighboring property owners. The stairs are regularly cleared of snow by a concierge service, ensuring safe and easy access throughout the winter season.
