Go somewhere else.
We got to the door at 10:01 p.m (Online it says the front desk closes at 10:00 p.m.) It was locked. we rang the bell a couple times. No one answered. We called the number listed and left a voicemail stating we were waiting outside. We called again and finally connected with someone. We explained to the guy who answered that we have reservations and he said "No, we're full." and hung up. SO RUDE. Don't make reservations here. We obviously had to find another hotel that night.

So war alles top doch leider war in dem Komfortimmer welches wir Gebucht hatten nicht wirklich Konfor (bei einem Regal ging Fonier ab, zu kleiner TV, Fenster war kaputt....)

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Das Zimmer (Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern) war einfach, aber sauber. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war schƶn angerichtet & es gab alles, was man brauchte. Ein kleiner Nachteil: das Badezimmer war nur Ć¼ber das eine Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Im GroƟen & Ganzen war es aber ein sehr schƶner Aufenthalt. Man muss sich halt bewusst sein, dass es sich hierbei immer noch um eine Pension handelt & kein Hotel & fĆ¼r 5,-ā‚¬ das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck auch nicht erwarten kann, dass es dem FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksbuffet eines 4Sterne- Hotels entspricht. Die teils sehr negativen Bewertungen find ich von daher nicht gerechtfertigt.

L'appartement Ć©tait trĆØs spacieux et trĆØs confortable. Des dĆ©fauts de finitions (poignĆ©e de porte d'entrĆ©e dĆ©vissĆ©e, parquet qui saute, carrelage sdb qui se soulĆØve,...) mais sinon tout est ok. L'accueil est sympathique et les cadeaux d'arrivĆ©e trĆØs agrĆ©ables. Par contre, sur la rĆ©servation, il Ć©tait indiquĆ© "petit dĆ©jeuner compris". A l'arrivĆ©e, le gĆ©rant me dit que c'est une erreur, et qu'il n'est pas compris. Le matin, toutes les boulangeries en Allemagne sont fermĆ©es, il faisait -15Ā°C et j'ai du faire 7 km pour trouver une boulangerie. De plus, le descriptif de l'hĆ“tel parlait d'une piscine et d'un sauna. Tous 2 Ć©taient fermĆ©s soit-disant pour cause de maintenance. Nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de ces infrastructures qui ont jouĆ© dans ma rĆ©servation. Par contre, l'appartement Ć©tait trĆØs spacieux et trĆØs confortable. Hotelzimmer sauber. Schwimmbad leider einpaar Tage vorher defekt. Buchten dieses Hotel unteranderem wegen dem Schwimmbad. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war eine Katastrophe. Nur der Kaffee und die Marmelade waren gut. .Aufbackbrƶtchen sind nicht mein Ding. Bekamen keine Informationen von der Umgebung.

Einfaches sauberes Hotel
Es hat uns in Enzklƶsterle nicht schlecht gefallen,hatten aber nicht grosse Mƶglichkeit etwas zu Unternehmen ausser Spazieren und im Hotel mit baden verbringen. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck nicht besonderes doch akzetabel fĆ¼r den Preis obschon wir etwas anderes gewohnt waren in diesem Preis oder noch gĆ¼nstiger Schade Chef war sehr freundlich Wie es also im Tannenhof gewesen wƤre konnten wir leider nicht erforschen.. Alles in allem aber gut erholt und glĆ¼ckliche Tage verbracht.
