Bad Breakfast Ruined an otherwise good stay.
The front desk reception was friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious. The only issue with the stay was the breakfast bar. At 6:30, when we were ready for coffee and breakfast and to hurry up and get on the road, the staff was unable to find the keys to get the place up and running. After an extended delay in being able to order our breakfast, one of our items (oatmeal) never showed up. Eventually, we had to ask about it and it was obvious that the person at the counter was unaware that we had ordered an oatmeal.

The room was clean. We did have a room that faced the street. The level of noise was minimal. Very convenient to downtown and parking was close to the hotel. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to everything I needed!
Very friendly and competent front desk staff. I asked for a quiet room, and they delivered! My window faced the courtyard, so i had no interstate traffic noise, and no issues with noisy other guests. Mattress was comfortable, plenty of room in the room, too. Not a lot of water pressure in the shower, but oh well. Room initially had a funky smell when I came in, like someone had smoked pot in there recently. But either the smell dissipated or I got used to it lol. Good walking distance from lots of restaurants, farmers market etc. I found on-street parking, so there was no parking fee for me.

I HAVE NEVER STARTED THE NIGHT WITH MY CHILD IN SUCH A UNSUITABLE UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT. MY DAUGHTER IS SICK AND HER FRIENDS. THE INDOOR POOL WAS SO FILTHY AND THE FUMES WERE UNHEALTHY AND NOOO WAY CLEAN. NOT TO ADD THE TINY ROOM I COULD HAVE WENT TO THE MOTEL 6 FOR A BETTER STAY. AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK TO MY DEBIT CARD THAT WAS A SURPRISE PAYMENT WHEN WE ArrRIVEDAND THE POOL WAS LIKE SEWER WATER WITH CLOREAN. AND AGAIN THE POOL GOT 10KIDS SICK AND THROWING UP.
