The Perfect Stay
This property was just what I needed while passing through NYC to get home. It was quiet and I felt very safe, and the neighborhood was very charming. Verbelle, the host, was so kind to wait up for me, as my flight got into JFK in the evening. She met me outside to make sure I got in ok. I've never experienced this level of hospitality from a host before! If I'm ever passing through NY again, I'll be sure to book this property for a brief stay!

Quiet, clean apartment
This apartment was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a medical procedure and this place was just perfect. It was nice and quiet, a good amount of room to walk around and Verbelle was quick to reply to any questions. I especially appreciated the food recommendation. We will definitely stay here again for our next go round.

Comfy stay and central location
This was a perfect fit for what I needed: a place to stay and work that allowed easy access to Long Island and LaGuardia. The host provided a fully equipped kitchen to allow me to cook rather than eating out the whole time and was easily accessible for any questions. The off-street parking in a quiet neighborhood was welcome, while the locale was a short drive to anywhere that I needed. A great place for a peaceful and productive stay!!

Nice one bedroom apartment with separate entrance from main house. Convenient location (10 min to Hofstra U) and located in a neighborhood close to main roads. Interior pics are fairly accurate. Kitchen is small but has usual appliances and some cooking basics (although I did not use them). Communication from Host was fantastic - responded promptly to questions. We had a small issue with charges through VRBO, and the host went out of their way to get it resolved. Would certainly stay here again in the future.

The host was amazing, super nice, accommodating and I could not ask for anything better as a stay option. Will definitely book this property again in the future. The stay - super clean, comfy bed, lovely host, very communicative. The area - so many options! There are some amazing options in the very near local area as well as the greater area as well. So close to Jones Beach which was just beautiful.

Very good location in central LI, easy access to Rt. 50, LIRR stations very close. Room was very clean, bright and more room than a regular hotel room. The bed was very comfortable, nice kitchen. Very nice stay and will certainly will stay here again

The property was so clean and spotless with extras - coffee, fruits and cookies for the guest. All the dinnerware and silverware were so clean. Quiet and clean
A friend and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. This small apartment is attached to a main house in a quiet neighborhood . It was very clean with all of the extras including coffee, tea, bottled and water. Jones beach is within 15 minutes and the location is convenient. We woild stay again.
