Bellissima Esperienza
La casa per noi è stata perfetta: posizione comoda per le nostre escursioni, tranquilla perchè appena fuori dal paese, spazi esterni generosi e con vista mozzafiato insomma non potevamo sperare meglio. Ciro ed i proprietari sono persone squisite, gentili e sempre disponibili nel caso di bisogno. Consigliatissimo!!!

Casa confortevole in zona tranquilla
La casa, facilmente raggiungibile in cinque minuti dal centro di Balestrate, si trova in una zona collinare tranquilla. Ha un parcheggio per due macchine di cui uno sempre all’ombra all’interno della proprietà. Si può fare colazione sotto il portico ventilato, all’ombra. Molto comoda la doccia esterna. I letti sono comodi e c’è molto spazio per riporre le proprie cose. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata al principio in quanto l’unica unità presente in casa non era sufficiente a raffreddare tutte le stanze. Grazie a Ciro che fa da mediatore e ai proprietari che si sono dimostrati disponibili, ci è stato fornito un condizionatore nuovo portatile che abbiamo utilizzato nella camera matrimoniale più grande e che ha risolto il problema. Nel complesso la casa ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliata.

Immersi nel verde
Vacanze assolutamente piacevole. La casa è munita di tutto il necessario. Il mare non è a 15 min a piedi, ma la posizione strategica permette di arrivarci con pochi minuti di auto. La villetta è immersa nel verde e ha una terrazza con una vista stupenda. Comoda ai servizi. Disponibilità del Host per richieste ed eventuali consigli sul posto.

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus 3 wunderschöne Urlaubswochen verbracht und fanden alles wie in der An zeige beschrieben und sehr sauber vor. Gerne haben wir uns auf der schönen Terrasse, über die immer ein leichter Wind wehte, aufgehalten. Abends haben wir oft den herrlichen Ausblick und die Ruhe von der Dachterrasse genossen. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Besitzer und des Verwalters. Sie waren in jeder Situation und zu jeder Tageszeit ansprechbar und haben sich stets darum bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen bzw. unsere Fragen schnellstmöglich zu beantworten. Wir können die Villa Francesca jederzeit weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich auch gerne einmal wiederkommen.

Particulièrement bien situé.
La maison est très agréable, d'une grande propreté, bien équipée et avec la clim si nécessaire..en ce mois de Juin elle ne fut pas utile..sauf pour atténuer fenêtre fermée les aboiements nocturnes de chiens voisins. Au milieu des oliviers, les photos sont réelles..Les propriétaires sont adorables malgré la barrière de la langue on arrive à se comprendre et Cirro est d'une grande aide pour ses infos diverses.A recommander sans réserve. Prévoir néanmoins un véhicule non large, le chemin d'accès est étroit avec des croisements difficiles..Mais on y arrive..

Très agréable location
La maison est au calme dans un environnement verdoyant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse couverte pour prendre les repas et le solarium pour les apéritifs au coucher du soleil d'où la vue est superbe. Hébergement simple mais fonctionnel, cuisine bien équipée. Autre atout, la proximité de l'autouroute qui permet d'atteindre facilement plusieurs lieux de grand intérêt tels que Palerme,Trapani, Segeste, Cefalù, Mazara del vallo, Erice, etc. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Ruhe und Erholung
Wir hatten ein perfektes Check- in, der sympathische Ciro war für uns jederzeit erreichbar u wir durften sogar die netten Besitzer kennenlernen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, (mit Ausnahme von Hundegebell, doch das ist normal), von Olivenbäumen umgeben und auf der schattigen Terasse lässt es sich auch bei Hitze gut aushalten. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden, sogar ein 2. WC, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, ausser Salz u Spülmittel war nichts an Vorräten vorhanden. Schön waren die Säfte, das kalte Wasser u die Melone zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank. Die Sonnenterasse (Treppe) am Abend ist der pure Genuss, um ein Glas Wein zu genießen u die untergehende Sonne zu beobachten. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es aufgrund der sehr schlechten Matratze in einem DPZ, bei der man jede einzelne Feder gespürt hat und die schmerzhaft war. Auch wären Polster für die Stühle, Liegen im Freien gut. Wir waren sehr erschöpft aufgrund unserer langen Reise und sind an diesem Ort gut zur Ruhe gekommen. Wir danken Ciro, dass er immer im Hintergrund für uns da war - das hat einfach gut getan! Ein hilfreicher Geist in allen Lebenslagen!!!

Wohlgefühlt im Herzen Siziliens
Das Objekt war absolut tadellos, sauber, einwandfrei. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war äußerst nett ! Bisschen schade ist, dass es wenn man mit Kindern kommt, es keine Fläche zum Spielen gibt. Aber dafür ist ja auch der Strand gedacht ;) erreichbar in 5 Minuten mit Auto. Einzig die sehr schmale Zufahrtsstraße zum Objekt ist bei Gegenverkehr doch etwas schwierig ;) Aber alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Wohlfühl - Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank!

Ideal für den Familienurlaub!
Wir haben die Zeit in Balestrate sehr genossen. Dei Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Man hat viel Platz, Ruhe und alles, was man braucht. Der Strand in Balestrate ist wunderbar, der Ort ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen. Besonders toll war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, die Abwicklung von Check-In etc. durch Ciro. Wir waren rundum zufrieden: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir sind vom 8. Bis 15. Juli dort gewesen! Sehr netter und kompetenter Kontakt mit Agentur (Ciro) und mit der Familie ganz liebe Menschen❤ die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben wunderschöne Lage ,tolle Räume, sauber und gepflegt ! nicht weit bis zum Strand ! Strandhandtücher und kleinere Handtücher genügend vorhanden! im Ort super Locations wo man sehr gut Fisch essen kann und auch andere Leckereien !! die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas ländlich aber mit Auto kein Problem alle Ziele gut zu erreichen! Wir waren mit 4 Personen da und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!! Ich kann die Terrasse unten und die Dachterrasse sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub🏝

Tolles, ruhiges Ferienhaus
Wir waren im Juni 2019 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (1 & 3 Jahre) für 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die tolle Betreuung durch unseren sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartner Ciro sowie die sehr gastfreundliche Inhaberfamilie. Bei Fragen und Wünschen wurde jederzeit sofort geholfen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (Küche, Waschmaschine, Internet), auf Nachfrage wurde uns bspw. auch kostenfrei ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles war super sauber (auch unter den Betten etc. kein Staubkorn) und sehr geräumig. Das entsprach voll unseren Ansprüchen, die Kinder hatten Platz auf dem eingezäunten Gelände und es konnte auch nichts kaputt gehen. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind eher einfach gehalten aber ausreichend. Im Garten wachsen Basilikum, Minze und Rosmarin welche auch zum Kochen verwendet werden durften. Ballestrate ist ein schöner ruhiger Ort ohne Massentourismus mit einem super schönen Strand. Ein Auto ist aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub, das Haus können wir absolut empfehlen.

Grosszügiges Ferienhaus
Wir haben eine schönen Urlaub in Balestrate genossen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und der Garten sind schön. Die gedeckte Terrasse praktisch. Ein Auto empfiehlt sich, da das Haus etwas ausserhalb liegt. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch in ca. 5 Minuten am Strand. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und waren gut erreichbar.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella casa di campagna dal 8 al 29 agosto 2018 , ci siamo trovati bene innanzitutto con il Sig.Nino il simpatico proprietrio ed il Sig. Ciro che ci ha seguito in tutto . ASPETTI POSITIVI : - casa pulita e ben accessoriata in cucina con un frigo nuovo e grandissimo -zanzariere su tutte le finestre - lavatrice guastata e tempestivamente sostituita con una nuova di pacca dall'efficentissimo Sig. Nino e dal Sig. Ciro - doccia esterna , meravigliosa pianta di fichi molto genrosa - terrazzo panoramico con vista meravigliosa sul mare e sul tramonto - bel patio esterno circondato da piante di ulivo - tranquillita assoluta nelle vicinanze ASPETTI NEGATIVI : - materassi da sostituire in due delle 3 camere - boiler per acqua calda da aspettare che si ricarica ogni 3-4 persone che si docciano - divano/letto in soggiorno davanti alla Tv senza piano sotto con coneguente sprofondamento nel sedersi - ci e' stato addebitato il costo di un copri-materasso nonostante avessimo specificato piu' volte di non averlo ne visto ne preso ne buttato.... pazienza - servirebbe attrezzare anche un minimo il terrazzo con un tavolo ed un ombrellone Consiglio il soggiorno in questa casa a patto che vengano cambiati i materassi non confortevoli . per il resto direi bene !! Geräumiges, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Stadtrandlage
Wir waren 1 1/2 Wochen in der Villa Francesca und haben den Aufenthalt dort wirklich genossen. Wir wurden von Ciro, der sehr gut deutsch spricht, abgeholt und zum Ferienhaus gebracht, wo er uns alles erklärt hat und uns gleich viele gute Tipps gegeben hat. Wenn man etwas gebraucht hat, war er umgehend zur Stelle und hat geholfen. Wir haben selten so eine gute Betreuung durch einen Vermieter gehabt wie durch Ciro, der ein wirklich sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch ist. Das Haus ist geräumig mit Wohnzimmer und großer Küchenzeile, einem großen und zwei kleineren Schlafzimmern mit insgesamt sechs Betten, einem Bad mit Dusche und WC und einem separaten WC mit Waschmaschine darin. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der großen, überdachten und damit schattigen Terrasse gefrühstückt. Es gibt Liegestühle, auf denen man sich auch auf der anderen Hausseite ausruhen kann. Das Haus hat ein Flachdach, das eine Dachterrasse bildet, mit fantastischem Ausblick über die ganze Bucht und das Hinterland. Man braucht ca. 10 Min. mit dem Auto auf einer anfangs schmalen Zufahrtsstraße bis ins Zentrum von Balestrate oder an den Strand. Es gibt in Balestrate eine "Einkaufsmeile" mit vielen kleinen Geschäften, Supermarkt ("Sisa"), Bäcker, Obst- und Gemüseläden und Restaurants. Abends, so ab 20 Uhr, herrscht dort ein buntes Treiben aus Einheimischen, Urlaubern und Verkäufern, die auf vielen Verkaufsständen alles Mögliche zum Verkauf anbieten. Der Strand (wir waren rechts vom "Hafen", nicht auf dem Lido) ist sandig, man kommt gut über ein paar Meter Steine flach ins Wasser, das sauber ist und kaum Algen o.ä. hat. Zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge zur antiken Ausgrabungsstätte von Segesta und in das mittelalterliche Bergdorf Erice. Auch ein Bummel durch das nahe gelegene Castellamare del Golfo ist empfehlenswert. Alles in allem kann man die Villa Francesca für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub rundherum empfehlen. Familie Jacob aus Nürnberg, Deutschland

Une maison très agréable tout comme ses propriétaires
En été, lamaison est très agréable à vivre avec ses hauts plafonds. La terrasse est un point fort car elle permet de déjeuner et de dîner dehors sans souffrir de la chaleur. Super séjour
Très jolie villa aménagée avec goût. Situation idéale, proche de la plage et des routes d'accès vers Palerme, Tripani, la vallée des temples, la réserve de Zingaro... Tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Nous avons par dessus tout apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Fifeta, Nino et Ciro. Encore merci pour tout. Bien.
Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut dans la location et Circo à une conversation intelligente et agréable. Je recommande cette location. Il manquait seulement une bouteille de vin ou de jus de fruit ou des oranges pour nous accueillir mais je suis sûr que Circo ou autre va y remédier pour les prochaines locations B.BASSET
