The Hotel is lovely and beautifully renovated with unique touches. Very clean. Our suite was huge and loved the bathroom. Staff friendly. Good spot for walking most places. Only minor negative it that our room was right near the railway station so a bit noisy but we soon stopped noticing it. All in all a fabulous weekend getaway. Thanks!

Great little hotel , near the railway station but noise from trains is not an issue , noise in the morning with guests talking and Resturant moving crockery etc is quite noisy when your trying to sleep ( only complaint) Fantastic Resturant on site , food was amazing

Very small and private, close to everything
Very comfortable and well decorated. Very interesting artworks and building. Split system, exhaust fan and under bath vanity was dusty and not maintained which wasn’t very nice considering it’s such a small space. Service was good but no desire to converse or upsell or tell us about the hotel or localities, very minimal which isn’t good enough for a boutique hotel in the bustling Ballarat. Restaurant had excellent service and decor, food was exceptional apart from the pistachio crumb was burnt on the pannacotta.
