Péssimo. Ao chegar ao Ibis Styles vimos que estava fechado mas não havia nenhuma sinalização. Fomos até o Ibis (que fica próximo) e o atendente (Lucas) com muita má vontade (E depois de aguardarmos bastante tempo no balcão pois segundo outros funcionários ele estava ocupado) nos informou que o Styles está fechado e os hóspedes estavam sendo acomodados no Ibis ... apos a informação ficou 15 minutos procurando a reserva e questionando se realmente a reserva estava confirmada e qual canal até que achou a reserva mas não localizou meu cadastro... Após checkin, chegamos ao quarto que não parecia muito limpo ... faltava toalha que tivemos que pedir na recepção. No restaurante pedimos o cardapio e fomos informados que não tinha pois estavam retomando as atividades ... os pratos disponíveis falaram de improviso e apos muito perguntarmos informaram que eram pratos congelados ... ou seja, entendo a questão da retomada de atividades mas esta desorganizado demais ... esperava mais do atendimento sem contar que paguei pelo Ibis Style e fui mal atendido no Ibis sem qualquer tipo de reembolso.

Muito mal explicado os benefícios na reserva, pensei que esta contestando com cafe da manha incluso, para minha surpresa precisava pagar a parte. HORRÍVEL, na recepcao fui informado que o cafe da manha estava "DISPONIVEL" eu posso entender que DISPONIVEL é que posso usar por estar DISPONIVEL, (PIADA ESSA EXPLICAÇÃO DA RECEPCAO DO HOTEL)
