Clean smelt good beautiful view of a creek I’m a nature lover so I appreciated the forestry in the back of the building… breakfast was ok…staff was super helpful and had good attitudes

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is definitely a priority here. Our rooms and the breakfast area were quite clean. Parking can be a little tight, and the elevator is a tad rough but it's nothing detrimental. The shopping nook has some helpful essentials at standard hotel convenience store prices, and it's available even late at night. We would like to shout out the gentleman working the front desk on Saturday night. We came back pretty late, and he was very kind and helpful. He even took the time to hunt down some plastic cutlery for the food we bought. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We were so pleased with our experience that we chose to book another room here when we decided to stay in town for an extra night.

We were right outside the elevator, which was going up and down at all hours of the night, only to ding on each floor. Didn't feel like the cleanliest room. House keeping didnt come either so we had to go get more towels on our own. Rather pay more $$ for cleaner rooms and a quiet hotel.

Stayed here following a surgery in Baltimore. Staff was very attentive and one of the housekeepers even helped me put pillows under my arms when I couldn’t open the door to get up and I told him that I had had surgery.

Cons: Our tv was broken and glitching which made it unwatchable. We found a mens cologne and old socks from previous guests. Our door to our room would periodically not open. The breakfast eggs and meat were very clearly microwaved. The walls were very thin. The elevator sounded like it could use some updating. The water pressure in the shower was like 2/5. We could not control our air conditioning, the thermostat on the wall didn’t work so our room would get really hot. Pros: Had a printer that was easy to use. Ample parking. Quiet back road. The staff was very kind and helpful!

Our food was not really enjoyable-eggs somewhat lumpy and not hot. Unfortunately our sheets were not changed after the first day. We had to request they be changed. Second day a large cat ( maybe stray?) was standing directly in front of our hotel door when my wife came out of the room ( not good she doesn’t like cats at all) and frightened her and when I came to the door to shoo it away it didn’t move. Fortunately the hotel was able to get it removed. Other than those concerns the other part was adequate. There did seem to be an unpleasant odor coming from t the carpet in the hallway and that lasted our entire stay there which was from 9-19 until 9-22 which was our 35 wedding anniversary.
