Room is a smoke free but it smells like old cigarettes and wet dogs . It just smelled sooooo bad . Bed sheets had cigarette burns .

I though by the pictures the property would be a little more up to date and cleaner. The first thing we saw in the room was a cockroach.

I checked out immediately as the room had broken locks. I spoke to the manager who stated there were no more available rooms and I could check out and receive a full refund. I sent in a request to be refunded for this stay.

The room had a motel odor, didn't feel clean,towels were stained, toilet was going down slow ,call for service , front desk told me couldn't get no body to look at it until 10 am,I had such a bad experience I didn't stay my second night,booked somewhere else. Will not be staying in any red roof anytime soon!

You get what you pay for. The room was okay, but pretty dingy. The smoke detector had been removed from the wall and some wires were all that remained. The toilet worried me. I thought it was going to overflow every time I flushed. There were holes in the comforter. But hey! We had a place to sleep.
