Not impressed and will not be returning. We're a regular Embassy Suites visitor but decided to try something different this trip. The room was on the third floor- no elevator. The TV tilted on it's base and the drawer in the cabinet it sat on kept opening. We guessed the entire building was sloped. Breakfast was just OK. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Was staying in building A had a non functioning door was reported to the office twice this is a fire hazard also the room we were in the fold out could bed had blood stains all over it. Very disturbing

The bed was comfortable and the customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and quick. I would suggest cleaning up around the parking lot area. There were a lot of trash. The entry to the rooms did not look very clean or kept up cosmetically. The rooms also needed to be better maintained. If you are looking for a place to sleep and not very concerned for the other commodities, this would be a great place.

I didn’t like nothing i was there for a week with my kids they only clean there rooms every 7 days which is unbelievable who wouldn’t want a fresh room with clean sheets that has kids never will book here again
