I'm often in the Columbia area for work and this is by far my preferred place to stay. It's consistently clean, and convenient location along with it's kind staff will ensure it remains my favorite place.

For the price, I expected more amenities. For example, there were two of us but only 2 bath towels and they were minimal size. There was a desk for working, but no notepad or pens of any kind. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided in the bathroom and the full size kitchen. Overall, would stay here again. Easily walkable to Merriweather Post Pavilion.

No effort to check guests in as rooms become ready so everyone has to show up at 4pm and wait. Our room was nice but we had no hot water. The property has very nice outdoor areas but only accessible after 11am when the pool opens, which is too late as checkout is also at 11.

Stayed last night for my Anniversary and we absolutely loved it. They gave great instructions that me myself did not read so please read. The information is helpful. Beautiful view, basically built on a shopping center. Everything is right there from the grocery store to a local bar and the mall is only 4 mins away driving time. Some places are walkable other you have to drive no more than 15mins tho. The place was clean and smelled GREAT. The bed is a full size please be aware of that it’s very small. The pool, gym, the staff all of it was just a really great experience and beautiful. I would suggest this place to anyone. And the price was cheap and NO SECURITY DEPOSIT!! You need a code to get in and then once you get your key you have access to everything. Take your key everywhere or you will be locked out! Only thing that was upsetting is the space is a lot smaller in person but it’s modern and up to date.

The apartment felt dirty and was sparsely maintained. Shower was not finished. Balcony access difficult to open. No extra blanket Coffee maker only had decaf Charged us $$ for parking and did not tell us in advance. Found out after checkout.

Overall very pleasant
The property was nice, check-in was easy, and the room was beautiful especially the bathroom. I wish when we checked in, someone showed us how to open the room door. We had to have a very nice couple who lived there, show us. I also thought it was odd that the door to get to the 4th floor from the car garage was unlocked all the time. You need a code or key to use the elevator and for most other doors, but not that one. It just didn’t seem safe for people on the 4th floor. Parking was a little pricey (almost $40), but overall it was a very pleasant stay.
