Upon arrival at 2am, after a long drive, they found out we paid through Expedia and tried to charge us again. It took 45 minutes to straighten it out only to be put in a room with a soaking wet carpet in front of air conditioner, ripped drapes and cheap grey looking towels. We woke later than expected because of the late night, got down to breakfast area with 5 minutes to spare and everything was turned off and was told maybe we could take a bagel. Same staff member from the check in. It was a horrible stay. They made us feel very unwelcomed. Would never stay there again and we wouldn't recommend.

Ac in room not working...staff attempted to fix without resolve...were stating would not get a full refund for 2nd night....eventually did with the assistance of expedias help. Staff not equipped to handle these situations. Kept trying to convince us roo. Was fine...but ac unit not working properly and would just shut off and never cool to set thermostat

This hotel is up to date and immaculate. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. The room we had was so pretty and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. It is close to activities and convenient. Yet it is in a quiet area which makes it restful. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there whenever I have activities in this area.

Clean and comfortable. I REALLY appreciated the hot tub was hot and the pool was refreshing and clean! We got a jacuzzi tub and it was great. Breakfast basics were good but the eggs and sausage need an upgrade. Pancake machine was fun!!!!

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. I stayed a week. My only concerns were 1. another patron was using an aromatic product that smelled like a skunk, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, it was directly attended to; this was to be a nonsmoking facility. 2. the staff/manager spent the one morning I slept in speaking loudly/yelling instructions to staff with doors repeatedly closing (I assume the staff was getting room ready for cleaning). As my room was near the front desk, my sleep was disturbed.

Place was clean but smelled musty. Room was supposed to be two queen beds - they were just full size beds. Pool area was nice. TV didn’t work. Key cards for room sometimes worked. Service staff minimal and some didn’t seem to understand English.

Great Experience!
The hotel was incredibly clean and quiet! The room was great, and the amenities were enough/just right. The convenience of Kwik-Trip being across the street was a bonus- as the area doesn't have many restaurants or options for outside food ordering. The staff was kind and helpful/polite as well! The Pool was not in working order- which wasn't their fault, but the hot tub worked, and it was very relaxing! We will definitly be staying again!

The manager was very helpful and welcoming. Very clean property. The only thing missing were vending machines that sell sodas, chips etc….but there is an ice machine. There is a Kwik trip across the street for snacks which is great! 😊

This is the second time we have been to this location. The staff has been pleasent. The rooms are well maintained and the continental breakfast seems to be enjoyed by all. Great value!
