Good short stay…with some room for improvement
It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay over the long weekend. Service and staff were good throughout. Some things to improve on : 1. The information made available to guests on hotel facilities and services. Not all information is clearly stated and a lot of times we had to call the front desk or ask the staff we see to make enquiries. 2. The weather was scorching hot when we were there and we had drinks at the lobby bar. A suggestion to install more fans or a large ceiling fan as it was too humid and stuffy to sit there and enjoy our drinks. 3. The view from the infinity pool is now spoiled by the roof of a new structural addition (a new pool and bar) at the front of the hotel which was a great pity. So it should no longer be known as the infinity pool.

Service from all staff was excellent! Housekeeping was prompt and did a immaculate cleaning up everyday. All despite it was full occupancy for the few days we were there. There was complimentary bike rental for an hour which allowed us to cycle around. Lift broke down once when we were there but was resolved quickly. Renovation was going on but did not affect our stay at all. Look forward to the new amenities should we return. All in all, a great stay and will come back!

Best in Desaru. Worth the price
Was my anniversary. Hotel arranged special deco and cake. Upgraded to sea view. Much appreciated. 5th time here service and outlook still tip top. Will definitely return. Ps accidentally pour used coffee powder into basin and caused choke. Perhaps can put caution at mini bar the appropriate way on disposal of used coffee powder
