A fabulous hotel in the small city of Ooty. Service was excellent. One example - the tennis final was on a channel that was not subscribed to on the hotel system, they subscribed! Facilities are modern, even having USB charging points built in, in the rooms. The hotel offered several daily activities including free tea tasting every afternoon and evenings around a garden fire, (we missed out on the fire as the weather was awful during our visit ).

The experience at this property was beautiful The staff were very courteous and very helpful making the experience unforgettable. The directions to this property during the night was not very clear on google maps or iPhone maps. They have transportation from Mysore to the resort. I would highly recommend their transportation. ideally taking Vande Barat train from Chennai or Bangalore to Mysore. They have a 3 bdrm bed and breakfast villa in Mysore. With transportation to the property. I will be making another visit in the near future.
