Un agréable week-end
Très bon accueil, porche des plages, facile d’accès. La literie est très moyenne et la baignoire un peu dangereuse pour des personnes âgées mais d’une propreté irréprochable. Le site est très beau et notre séjour était bien agréable. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Logement standard mais sans climatisation
Assez loin de la plage. Pas de climatisation qui serait vraiment nécessaire malgré les 2 petits ventilateurs fournis. Il n’y a eu aucune communication sur le fait que nous recevrions les instructions (clef, code..) juste 1h avant notre arrivée. Nous avions laissé un message téléphonique à ce sujet et nous n’avons pas été rappelés. Jolie piscine (peu de transat vu le nombre de logements) mais non testé.

Établissement très vétuste et sale. Le nettoyage des partie commune ne sont pas faite quotidiennement. La piscine est très petite par rapport au nombre de vacanciers. Les lits sont bas de gamme et pas confortable, pas de place pour ranger ses affaires… on se croirait dans un camping. Il n’y a pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs sont mis à disposition… très bas de gamme aussi.

No pool open in July
There were no information on hotels.com about that the pool at the aparthotel did not open until July 15th. We arrived after the reception was open and got information on how to enter the apartment only in French. When people order through this site I expect information in English as well. The apartment itself was on the ground floor and had really bad kitchen equiptment. Items like glasses and cutlery were in addition stored at the other side of the living room, not in the kitchen. There were no aircondition which I would expect at the price we preyed and then when the pools were closed it became very hot. We drive an electrical car and there were no electrical outlet accessible outside or in the garage in the basement to charge the car.

Un peu déçu, la piscine sans eau n'est pas mal
Je suis allé passer un weekend détente plage et piscine et malheureusement en arrivant à la chambre, surprise : Appartement sale, les poubelles pas vidées, des poils et poussières partout, des taches gluantes sur la table. Donc mon weekend "détente » a commencé par devoir faire le ménage à mon arrivée à 20h30 (après 5 heures de route) . 2eme surprise: la piscine hors service et pour finir ; jamais 2 sans 3, je suis allé à la réception pour les informer sur l'état de la chambre et même pas un mot d'excuse, la dame m’a pris de haut et m’a juste dis : "ah bon? c'est bizarre" et pour la piscine: " ce n'est pas notre faute". Service clientèle à améliorer. C'est dommage car l'endroit est joli !

J’ai réservé mon séjour de juin au mois de mars et entre temps l’ouverture de la piscine a été repoussée et cela n’a pas été communiqué. Au moment où je suis venue cela était indiqué sur le site mais qui regarde ce genre d’information après avoir déjà réservé ? Pour moi s’il y a un changement c’est à l’hôtel d’informer. De plus au delà du fait qu’il n’y est pas de piscine il y avait des travaux qui débutaient chaque jours à 8h du mat je suis enceinte et venait pour me reposer donc c’est raté! Avant de réserver veillez à ce que les travaux soient terminés car la piscine était censée réouvrir le 1 juillet mais je pars ce jours et elle est encore en travaux. Si j’avais su tout ça je ne serais jamais venue ici dans de telles conditions.
