I recently had the pleasure of staying at land I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep. I was also impressed by the attention to detail—the little touches like fresh flowers, high-quality toiletries, and complimentary snacks truly enhanced the experience. The hotel's amenities were fantastic. The pool area was pristine and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I also had the opportunity to dine at the in-house restaurant, and the food was simply outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Location-wise,is situated perfectly for both relaxation and access to nearby attractions. I found it easy to get around and explore the area, and the concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations. Overall, I cannot recommendhighly enough. The service, ambiance, and overall experience exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be returning!

Staff not good at all. I even experienced not being allow to settle my account until they received a phone call from you. I was catching Rocky Mountaineer next day at 7am. Breakfast room far too small. Pool and room great. Liquor store next door they let me get a taxi to Banff to buy. Staff no duty of care or help at all.

We had a last minute reservation and this was a very good option. The staff was very nice and the desk attendant was a very patient and courteous person. The rooms were good and the walkability into town was easy.

Great pet friendly hotel in Banff. Room was clean and recently renovated. Staff gave us a room on the first level to make it easy to take our pup outside as needed. Very happy with our stay!

We had a great stay! Staff were pleasant, location was central and room was good. Breakfast was included which was a bonus but closes at 10 am so plan accordingly. My only constructive feedback is that lighting in the garage needs to be better. It's super tight so drive very carefully! Would be great to have breakfast served until 11 am.
