Nice place, we were able to check in early, room was clean nice big bed in king suite, nice fire, very small fridge and it had good facilities with sauna/hot pools (often busy). A couple of nice cafe’s restaurants close (Sudden Sally’s and Good Folk where we had some of the best Christmas spread ever). A little bit out of town but free bus pass (buses every 20-30 min) made it easy. Access to snow shuttles also good as close to early stops before buses are full

So surprised and delighted by the canoe. What an excellent option in Banff. Loved the hot pools, restaurant and coffee bar. Clean and beautifully renovated!

Most of them were satisfied, but the condition of the bedding and the bath heating were a little disappointing, but I think it is a very good accommodation to enjoy Banff as a family, such as friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a good location with free parking.

Newer hotel at the edge of the Banff strip. Walkable to town but they offer a bus pass for convenient pick up and drop off in front of hotel. Loved the package free coffee, real cream and tea in-room option as well as offering a compost bin and Rocky Mountain Soap Co products all plastic-free. Beds were comfy, loved the size of room and quiet location. Will come back for the eco options and rooms.

The property itself is beautiful. Although the "hot pools" were not in operation for half our stay and the staff did not seem to care. The maintenance ( adding chemical shouldn't take 12 hours ). The meal at the restaurant was over cooked ( steak ) and burnt (salmon). Unfortunately the staff are less than desirable which makes the stay at this beautiful property, not worth the cost.

The staff had given our room cards and room information to a different family member that was not on the booking and had taken my name off so I could no longer check in and we had to find the family member. Super unprofessional to give out information to someone who's name and credit card isn't on the room. Was very frustrating.

The hotel & service was absolutely incredible. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. Our little dog came with us and they had the cutest little set up in our room awaiting her arrival along with little treats for her. All the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, and well accommodating. The outdoor hot tub is absolutely beautiful. Incredible location, extremely quiet and beautiful views of the mountains.
