Nice place, we were able to check in early, room was clean nice big bed in king suite, nice fire, very small fridge and it had good facilities with sauna/hot pools (often busy). A couple of nice cafe’s restaurants close (Sudden Sally’s and Good Folk where we had some of the best Christmas spread ever). A little bit out of town but free bus pass (buses every 20-30 min) made it easy. Access to snow shuttles also good as close to early stops before buses are full

Great location and the hotel provides complimentary bus passes. The onsite coffee bar was delicious! Our brunch was fantastic, we were not expecting that yummy of a meal:) Check in was something else: offered us a variety of coffee and tea for our room and also gave us our choice of milk in their own little glass bottles, such a classy gesture!

Poperty was clean and welcoming. The roof hot pools were a fun experience in the snow. The sau a is right there, so hop out then go right into sauna. Beds were not our favorite...but they NEVER are when we travel. The restaurant staff was nice even though they were out of a lot ingredients for a sundae. I would totally come back to this hotel.

We were absolutely blown away by our room. So beautiful, and everything was pristine. It was my husband’s birthday and the staff left a special treat in our room upon arrival. The only downfall was the bathrobes, I wish we had the option for a larger size but overall everything was perfect ! The outdoor hot pool was spectacular and the view was magnificent!

An oasis just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main shopping. All tastefully put together with good sized rooms, nice showers and coffee which is amazing. You have a pour over in your room and fresh coffee is provided at reception. Sauna and Hot Tubs are spectacular... sit in a hot tub and take in the mountain views. The restaurant 'Sudden Sallys' did not get a chance to eat there but they have a happy hour from I think 2 to 4 and its half price on the appetizers which is awesome... plus the coffee and treats at Sudden Sallys is amazing. Love how tranquil this hotel feels so close to the hustle and bustle of Banff.

Loved staying at Canoe. Resort is so nice. Thought it would be far from downtown, but it was a very short walk I did several times, and also included a bus pass if you prefer to ride to dinner. Hot tub pools were amazing at night after skiing.
