The only thing I complain is the very late getting the room in the afternoon. We waited for 30 mins and get the room, but staff in a rush and didnt mentioend anything about my Gold member status can get meal discounts and even didnt mention anything about the locations of restaurants and pool. I have to ask and front desk then told me. This is really wierd for a five star up scale hotel.... i am using more than 25 hotels in a year and never encounter such thing.

Nice facility and convenient to the malls. Staffs at the front desk need a little bit more of training, because when we had checking in it was a mess and the room was not ready. As a VIP Club they send us to lounge waiting for our room to be ready. So we have waited for hour and a half for our room and yet still not done after hours! 😠So we went down to the lobby and asked about our room . I was mad when they still don’t have my room ready, than even worse that they give my room to someone else and give me another room instead. I suppose to have a garden view then I ended up with the view of building 2 of the same hotel!. It was really disappointing 😔

This is a fabulous hotel. The property is beautiful, you feel secluded in the midst of Bangkok and they have amazingly comfortable beds. The staff is great and very friendly. Spa services we also amazing (not owned by the hotel but in the building) and we’re very affordable. Highly recommend this property!

Over crowded breakfast buffet, terrible terrible WiFi , very flaky in room intercom and service calling system with erratic and unreliable connections to Frontdesk and housekeeping

Beautiful new hotel, however they did not upgrade us for VIP because Expedia had not emailed them it was VIP booking! So that was disappointing from Expedia !

7-11 is only a 5 minute walk. Pool was amazing with views. Definitely will book again.

The hotel is nice, cleaned, and safe, staffs were nice and helpful. Ran out of body wash soap one day, may be they forgot to fill up. One of the ladies at the noodle soup bar during breakfast was crankied and refused customer requested, but others were nice and polited. Walking distance to many street food vendors and safe. Overall it was a nice stay for 4 night.
