A refreshing boutique hotel in a young smiling ambitious atmosphere. The reception and kitchen were excellent. The maiden rutines have to be looked through.

Very comfortable rooms, trendy decor, friendly staff, and the hotel has its own food truck outside that makes pretty decent cheeseburgers. Iā€™d stay here again.

Betjeningen trenger kurs i service! Vi opplevde gang pĆ„ gang Ć„ bli oversett av personalet, ogsĆ„ nĆ„r vi aktivt tiltalte dem. De var opptatt med Ć„ se pĆ„ sin telefon eller pc i resepsjonen, eller de bare oversĆ„ oss. Ingen tok imot oss ved ankomst for Ć„ hjelpe oss inn med koffertene. Og ingen hjalp oss ut med dem nĆ„r vi reiste igjen. Byggets inngangsparti er stĆøpt skjevt og har for hĆøye trinn, noe som gjĆør adkomsten vanskelig. Det samme gjelder innvendig trapp mellom etasjene. Trappen er bygget for bratt, slik at det vanskeliggjĆør Ć„ benytte den. Rommene har en dĆ„rlig lĆøsning for badet med en Ć„pning i glassdĆøren som slipper luft ut og derfor gir dĆ„rlig lukt om man har brukt toalettet. Dusjveggen var ikke tett og vi opplevde Ć„ fĆ„ vann ut i rommet nĆ„r vi dusjet. Det er heller ikke lov Ć„ ha toalettpapir i toalettet. Dette mĆ„ legges i sanitƦrpose. Det var kun 1 badekĆ„pe og 1 paraply i rommet, selv om det var et tomannsrom. En dag fikk vi vaskekluter mens vi ikke fikk det de neste dagene. Om man har rom ut mot veien er det svƦrt mye trafikkstĆøy dĆøgnet rundt pga dĆ„rlig isolerte vindu og dĆører. Frokosten var desverre under pari. Standard thai, men fortsatt for dĆ„rlig. Frukt og grĆønnsaker stod under fluenett, men hva hjelper det nĆ„r det er utett og det kommer inn fluer som ikke kommer seg ut igjen. GjĆør som andre hotell Ć„ ha frukt og grĆønnsaker i kjĆøleskap! Vi fĆølte oss rett og slett ikke velkomne her. Ledelsen mĆ„ ta ansvar og lĆøfte nivĆ„et pĆ„ hotellets service betydelig.
