We loved the place. The service, quiet location and cleanliness made it a great fit for our family. We also loved the breakfast. It’s a one-person operation so it gave us time to wake up and hang out with our family. If that’s not your taste, there’s also a few restaurants in the area. It’s a walk to the blue line but quite doable. We like to walk as much as possible but it’s also easy to order a taxi or car from the hotel too. We will definitely recommend this hotel!

We greatly enjoyed our time at The Cotton. The 24hr front desk was lovely as we checked in at around 1AM. The employees were all very kind and accommodating. The hotel room was very clean and quiet, and the hotel itself was situated reasonably close to BTS and MRT stations - a bonus is that the hotel also provides hourly tuk-tuk rides to and from the station for a portion of the day. We would certainly stay at Cotton again!

Loved the hotel. We’ll definitely go back! Choose this one if you’re undecided, it’s honestly great for location and amenities - breakfast isn’t great but there is a really nice cafe across the road.

Will stay again. For a first time staying in Bangkok, this was a great experience. Convenient to the MRT, and walkable to the Northeast Restaurant, which was excellent, I recommend this hotel to any newbies.

I just spent five nights at this amazing property. The staff, the room, everything exceeded my expectations exceptionally pleased! BamBam and Kevin were so helpful, seeing to every aspect of making my stay here wonderful. The property was spotless, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. We loved our room size for a family of 4. However, we would not stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff were not helpful or welcoming at all. We also didn't like that breakfast was reservations only. Front desk didn't even give us options on where to go for breakfast. We tried to get a taxi to take a tour, and the gentleman at front desk couldn't help us and asked us to walk a few blocks to get taxi. We missed tour and lost money. There is a hotel around corner that ordered us a taxi when we needed one. The security officer in front and the cleaning ladies were always so sweet and greeted us with big smiles. Location is good and close to Lumphini Park. Would suggest to hotel manager to make guests feel a little more welcomed and be a little more helpful and accommodating to guests who are new in a big city like Bangkok.

Our plane arrived early in the morning from another country. It was around 1 am. I messaged the hotel days before our arrival to ask for early check in. The response was it depends on the early availability of the room we booked and the previous occupants early or timely check out in which I understood. When we arrived, I asked if we could check in early. The front desk personnel called the manager and was told no. We have to pay an extra night. We were tired and went ahead and paid to get some rest. We were directed to the same room we booked for the next 4 nights but paid for 5. Nobody was occupying the room. Why charge us a full night for few hours early arrival. I would have come back to this hotel on our next visit but they were not very accommodating to our request. The front desk staff could barely speak English. Every time we try to communicate with them was a struggle.
