Look at the images of my booking , I got a very different room with a horrible view and tv was placed away from the bed not like in the image washroom was different and the room was very small and in the image I booked a big room. Very big scam this is a 3 star hotel needs to be amended

Clean, easy walking distance to lotus, 7, free shuttle to malls and BTS line. The luggage service manager with the glasses was very professional and welcoming. The old cleaning lady was very nice and detailed.The only dislike is the breakfast buffet was ok,not to a 5 star standard.we will definitely come back again. Thankyou

The hotel is actually quite nice (decor level). Rooms are comfortable , clean and modern with nice interior design detail. Beds are fine. Restaurant was not bad. I ate several meals there. Food was a reasonable standard and the kitchen made efforts with nice presentation. Some of the staff were great others gave me the impression that they didn't care. What I didn't like was the following: * Service and attitude from staff, particularly in reception and in concierge. *Taxi touts hanging outside the front of the hotel only permitting you to take taxis that don't have or will not operate meters. it's a really bad feeling to have a hotel permit these guys to stand out there to take advantage of guests. It happened to me on 4 occasions and even when I asked the hotel concierge / door team, no one appeared that bothered to help. It's a funny thing how a relatively small issue (as in this example) can turn you off staying again. I was not crazy about the surrounding areas. As is typical of Bangkok, traffic is a never ending headache. Lots of massage and little restaurants in the area near the hotel but nothing (at least in my opinion) worth going back to.

Staff are nice, check-in time is a bit too long. There are people smoking at the pool side, but staff confirmed smoking is allowed. However there's sign posted on the wall smoking is not allowed at the pool area. Hotel need to review the rules again as there are many kids swimming at the same area.

Great Hotel
This was a lovely hotel in a good area. Our room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The pool was good and there was also a pool bar. The fitness suite was good. Although the hotel isnt particulalrly close to a metro stop, there is a free shuttle bus every 15 minutes that takes you to one (about a 10 minute ride).

Great stay
It was a great experience for us, especially the breakfast. There was a variety of food choices. The service was great too. But there was always traffic on the way to the BTS station.
