John is truly an amazing host. Thought we didn’t make it to the property due to the Hurricane, John communicated the entire time, kept me up to date with weather conditions and kept my family and I safety as his main priority. He was communicative and very caring in the process! I look forward to revoking his place very soon!

My daughter and I stayed here in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene after being trapped in Banner Elk. Despite having no electricity, water, cell service, phone or internet the management, staff and everyone else there all came together as a community and worked together to do everything possible for each other and everyone there and to keep everyone's spirits high Despite all the tragedy and destruction. We will forever remember the smiling faces, kindness and support offered by the wonderful people here. May God bless you and yours.

Very nice condo with lots of room and all the basic supplies you need for a few days or a few weeks! The staff members are welcoming and keep in touch to make sure your stay is satisfactory. The condo was clean, modern and in good repair. Highly recommended!
