Avoid it until they get some experience
This hotel is not ready to receive guests: its brand new and the staff has no idea how to provide good service. The villas are spectacular but they are far from the hotel, from the parking, from the pool so you need the cart service, which it may take 15-20minutes on average. Food is average at best, room service needed to call 3 times and it took 90 minutes. And to top it, no water on sunday morning when we needed to shower and check outā€¦and btw, never an apology. Avoid it until they get some trained staff and figure out the transportation.

Rente 3 habitaciones la 1.-salĆ­a pura agua caliente mi amigo no se podĆ­a meter 2.- en la otra mi amigo no tenĆ­a aire acondicionado y lo tuvieron que cambiar de habitaciĆ³n despuĆ©s de 6 horas. 3.- la mĆ­a los ventiladores le robaron las cadenas y uno no se podĆ­a apagar por quĆ© no le dejaron apagador y el otro prendĆ­a a toda velocidad. El aire lo mismo prendĆ­a a toda potencia y no se podĆ­a apagar. SubĆ­a la azotea de la casa a bajar el swicht nunca lo pudieron arreglar. PĆ©sima estancia, el primer dĆ­a a las 8 de la maƱana empezaron a dar martillazos en el techo de mi habitaciĆ³n, las 10 no habĆ­a agua calienteā€¦ me ofrecieron cambio de habitaciĆ³n, cuando fui a ver la otra habitaciĆ³n, habĆ­a un raton dentro de la habitaciĆ³nā€¦. Con ganas de nunca volver !!!
