We loved the close proximity of this property to Acadia NP! It was especially nice to come back from a challenging hike and hit up the hot tub. We asked for a late check out and the hotel could only accommodate an extra 30 minutes, which was a little bit of a let down. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

1.Breakfasts were functional - nothing special. 2.There is no place to store your luggage if you arrive before check in time and room not ready. Must take it back to your car. 3. No elevator to second floor of wing attached to central building. Must carry luggage up and down a fire stair.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff are very nice and accommodating. The Resort charged us an EXTRA $175 FEE for booking through Expedia instead of directors through them!!! The pool was EXCELLENT!!! The food was very mediocre to poor.

The property setting is beautiful. The Pool, Hot Tub and restaurants all look out on the water. Breakfast at La Bella Vista in the hotel was excellent. Had dinner there one night as well. Might have been the first Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at that didn't bring bread to the table before or with dinner. Not a deal breaker, but it is an Italian restaurant. The shrimp and lobster scampi appetizer was over whelmed with lemon. Lemon shouldn't be the star of the dish, other than that our meals were good. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

I liked the location of the hotel, it has a beautiful view of the ocean. Beautiful pool area and ease of parking. The building needs to be updated, especially guest room - needs smart TV, newer furniture, and microwave. Housekeeping services were lacking. For 3 nights stay, my room was serviced once and they didn’t vacuum the floor nor wipe the table in the room.

We added the breakfast package with our reservations but when we checked out, we were realized we were charged for breakfast 2 out of 4 times. I went to the front desk to complain and they told me they would fix. I've yet to heard back and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Was very pleased with our stay. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend. The grounds were gorgeous, staff excellent and very clean and well kept. The shuttle made the trip even better.

Overall great. Rooms are a bit dated, but spacious and comfortable. The views from even the “pool view” rooms are wonderful. The property is lovely. The restaurant is meh, but we only had breakfast.
