This was a nice affordable option for us to visit Acadia. They are making updates to the property. The room was clean and beds comfy. We liked the fridge and microwave in the room so we could make some of our meals. Walmart was a 4 minute drive away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and it was pretty quiet while we were there.

We truly enjoyed our stay at White Birches. The receptionist was very friendly and had coffee and snacks available every day we were there. The room was exceptionally clean and neat. Just what a person needs when he is traveling. The room itself was also very quiet. Not much traffic, etc. Our dog loved all the grass in front of the units. I also noted that those with dogs cleaned up after their dogs went to the potty. It would have been nice to have available places to easily plug in our phones, computers, etc. to charge them. We had to make a trip to Walmart to buy the plugs we needed to do that.

Good stay at the White birches
Nice room with refrigerator and microwave. There was no carpet and gravel and dirt from our shoes got on the floor. If you are there longer than a day or two, get a cheap broom. There is a coffee maker but no refill on coffee supply so we used it to make hot water and used Starbuck via packets. Also, there is no laundry area.

It was a quiet clean spacious room to come back to after a long day of hiking in Acadia , We wish it had been a little closer to the trails but thats about it . Brought our own food so the kitchenette worked out great , Thank You to the Staff

Great location, convenient to drive to the restaurants For a motel, it wasnt bad at all, got my own parking space, a mixture of old motel and new motel, the property is improving little by little with renovation. The wall has a nice blue wall paint, the main window is a sliding window , the bathroom window is old school with a manual knob, the AC is a new version, the twin bed was made well and firm , the way I like it. Thereā€™s a modern Tv, fridge and microwave. The light bulb was ok but bright enough, or need more lighting in the room. Good and strong drawers. I enjoy my stay. Will go back again. Got a glimpse of the northern lights
