Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and so cute. Also very close to entrance of Acadia National Park. I would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location!
We loved the big room and the outdoor deck. It was bright and clean with comfortable bedding. We loved the walkability to restaurants, bars and shops. Staff was very personable and attentive to any needs. It is right across the park from a fire station. We only heard 1 call and it was in the morning. Our son’s a fireman so we loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

Anniversary weekend stay
The Acadia Hotel is a pleasant place to stay in Bar Harbor. It had a homey feel and the room was very comfortable. The addition of fresh made omelets and healthy breakfast choices was a fantastic touch. We will be staying for future anniversary weekends!

An absolutely gorgeous hotel in the centre of the town, within walking distance of everything. Very clean and spacious. Our room was in the main building facing the car park but there wasn’t much of a view out the front either. Free parking. Free continental breakfast was tasty but lacklustre, would’ve given 5 star if more breakfast options.
