Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le logement, qui est fidèle à l'annonce ! Si vous vous posez les mêmes questions que nous lors de la réservation, je me permets d'y répondre: 1) Nous partageons le jardin avec nul autres que nous-même - le jardin est grand, n'a aucun vis-à-vis et la vue est vraiment splendide. 2) La maison a tout le confort et les rangements nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour (clim dans la chambre, grand rangement, douche à l'italienne...) Les propriétaires ont à coeur de bien faire et ça se ressent ! Nous n'avons qu'un mot: merci beaucoup Hélène et Gérard !!

Le gîte est très bien placé. Les propriétaires très agréables. Dommage que les extérieurs ne correspondent pas aux photos de l’annonce. Le terrain est beaucoup plus petit, le salon de jardin et les bains de soleil ont déjà bien vécus. Pour l’intérieur, la baie vitrée est très dure à ouvrir, pas de garde corps pour éviter une chute d’un mètre de haut car la terrasse n’existe plus. Les joints de la douche mériteraient d’être refaits, le bouchon du lavabo ne se ferme pas et la lunette des WC est en mauvais état. Dommage, car la déco et le cadre étaient sympas.

Un séjour très agréable entre mer et montagne
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la location d"'Hélène et Gérard. Accueil parfait et souci constant de notre bien-être en restant très discrets. Les propriétaires logent à côté de la location et il existe une autre location au-dessus de l'appartement mais Gérard a su aménager les extérieurs pour que chacun soit complètement chez soi sans vis à vis et sans gêne. Il n'y a pas la clim mais, malgré les fortes chaleurs que l'on a eu, la chambre "enterrée" permet de conserver la fraicheur. Le lieu est parfait si vous désirez vous retrouver au calme entre mer et montagne, à 15min de Saint Florent. Et quelle vue! Nous recommandons sans problème.

très heureux de notre séjour dans ce magnifique endroit
La propriété est très agréable, très propre avec tout le confort nécessaire à l'exception peut-être qu' un système de climatisation dans la chambre qui serait un plus ( un lave vaisselle pour 2 personnes n'est pas indispensable). C'est très calme. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse hors norme, très conviviaux lors des contacts et très discrets. La vue est imprenable sur la baie de St Florent et les montagnes environnantes. Nous avons passé de très bons moments, de très belles vacances.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub an einem besonderen Ort
Die Vermieter Gerard und Helene sind sehr nett und sehr bemüht, für Ihre Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sicherzustellen. Während unseres Urlaubs wurde sogar noch ein zweiter Gartentisch angeschafft, so dass wir sowohl auf der Holzterrasse als auch im schattigen Garten draußen essen konnten. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und hat wie beschrieben einen herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft, der die doch sehr stark befahrene D81 oftmals überhören lässt. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung sind sehr treffend: Es handelt sich jedoch um eine Wohnung, nicht wie beschrieben um ein Ferienhaus, die aber über einen separaten Zugang und eine uneinsehbare Terrasse verfügt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet - genauso wie das Schlafzimmer - genügend Platz um die eigenen Dinge zu verstauen. Die technische Ausstattung ist aktuell, einzig ein leiserer Kühlschrank wäre wünschenswert, insbesondere da das Schlafzimmer über kein Fenster verfügt und wir daher die Zimmertür nachts offen gelassen haben. Alles in allem ein besonderer Ort und ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Ein wirklich einmaliger Ort zum Erholen
Wir haben zwei Wochen dort verbracht und wirklich jeden Tag genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter hatten uns sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk hingestellt und für Kaffee war auch gesorgt. So konnten wir uns gleich einleben, obwohl wir erst spät am Abend angekommen waren und nichts mehr einkaufen konnten. Wir waren begeistert von dem grandiosen Ausblick auf Meer und Berge, den man sowohl vom Appartment, von der sonnigen Terrasse als auch vom Garten aus geniessen kann. Der Garten lädt zum Ausruhen ein. Die Ruhe ebenfalls. Gerard und Helene waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!!! Wir danken für eine unvergessliche Zeit auf Korsika! Heike und Anne
