This beautiful newly renovated house consists of ground floor and first floor and offers three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with dining area and living area. All rooms are air-conditioned, the house is modern furnished and fully equipped. The exterior is spacious and the pool is 9m x 4m. The house is located at the end of a small and quiet village. All facilities are less than a 5-minute drive away, while the beach is a 15-minute drive away. The famous adrenalin park "Glavani" is in the immediate vicinity as well as some excellent restaurants. Welcome to Istria!

traumhaftes Urlaubs
Wir waren zwei Wochen mit Hund in dem Ferienhaus untergebracht und sind wirklich begeistert gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr gerƤumig und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und der Aufenthalt innen,dank der Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und ihm Wohnzimmer, sehr angenehm. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum und auch der AuƟenbereich sehr gepflegt. Lediglich die vorbeifahrenden Autos an der nahegelegenen StraƟe hƶrt man ab und an. Da der AuƟenbereich aber von einer Mauer umgeben ist kann niemand den Garten einsehen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sowohl bei der An- als auch bei der Abreise vƶllig umkompliziert auf englisch mƶglich.

Schƶnes und groƟes Haus inmitten Istriens. Alle bekannten Orte sind mittels Auto problemlos erreichbar. Der Pool ist sehr groƟ und ohne Zusatzkosten beheizbar. Einen Hund mitzubringen ist kein Problem. Das GrundstĆ¼ck ist grĆ¶ĆŸtenteils von einer Mauer umgeben. Leider, leider liegen das Haus und der davor liegende Poolbereich direkt an der DurchgangsstraƟe des Ortes, was, bei Aufenthalt drauƟen, zu mehr oder weniger starken BeeintrƤchtigungen fĆ¼hren kann.

Sehr schƶnes Haus
Check-In und Check-Out: Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch problemlos mƶglich und zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als wir angekommen sind bekamen wir eine Flasche WeiƟwein und als Abschiedsgeschenk eine Flasche Rotwein und ein Glas Feigenmarmelade geschenkt. FĆ¼r den Hund war ein Hundebett bereitgestellt und Leckerlies. FĆ¼r unsere Tochter gab es Kaubonbons. Das Haus liegt direkt an der HauptstraƟe. Deshalb ist tagsĆ¼ber mit etwas StraƟenlƤrm zu rechnen. Es fuhren mehrmals am Tag Tiertransporte vorbei. Die Mauer ist nicht hoch genug, deshalb kƶnnen alle LKW- und Businsassen in den Garten schauen. Das Haus selbst verfĆ¼gt in jedem Raum Ć¼ber eine Klimaanlage. Die KĆ¼che beherbergt alles, was man benƶtigt. Lediglich ein Wasserkocher fehlte. Die Kaffeemaschine ist wohl mit Abstand die langsamste Kaffeemaschine der Welt. 6 Tassen haben bis zu 40 Minuten benƶtigt. Wir haben sie zwar entkalkt, aber das hat nicht wirklich geholfen. Hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Insgesamt gibt es drei Schlafzimmer (2x mit Doppelbett, 1x mit zwei Einzelbetten). Der Stauraum erscheint hier etwas knapp bemessen, wenn man mit 6 Personen anreist. Das AuƟengelƤnde ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool gut beheizt. Das Wasser hatte immer eine Temperatur von 25-27 Grad. Im unteren Schlafzimmer war die Bettmatratze doch sehr deutlich durchgelegen. Hier wƤre es gut, wenn diese bei Gelegenheit ausgetauscht werden wĆ¼rde. Wir hatten einen sehr schƶnen Urlaub und kƶnnen das Haus weiterempfehlen.

The house is very modern and clean inside and outside. The pool was cleaned 1 time a week by staff. Due to the completely fenced garden you have a lot of privacy. The supermarket, restaurants, etc. are only about 15 min away and thus good and fast to reach by car. The landlord is very nice and informed us about all important information directly upon arrival. Also at departure he met us with a small gesture, which is not self-evident. All thumbs up šŸ‘

Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit Hunden
Wir sind zu viert mit 2 Hunden angereist. DafĆ¼r war das Haus sehr groƟzĆ¼gig. Hunde kƶnnen gefahrlos frei herum laufen. Wir nutzten ausgiebig den schƶnen Pool und auch die Tischtennisplatte. KĆ¼chenausstattung war etwas spƤrlich, fĆ¼r uns 4 aber ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Immer erreichbar. Er hat uns eingeladen 2 Stunden frĆ¼her einzuchecken was uns sehr entgegenkam. Auto fĆ¼r einkaufen und Strandbesuch notwendig. Insgesamt aber ein toller Urlaub!!

Traumhafte Ferien in Istrien
Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien in diesem sehr schƶnen Haus von Nina und Goran! Sehr sauber,schƶn und stilvoll eingerichtet mit einem groƟen,schƶnen,hundefreundlich eingezƤuntem GrundstĆ¼ck und einem groƟen sehr sauberen Pool. Sehr mittig in Istrien gelegen, so dass wir in ca 30 Minuten zu vielen Ausflugszielen gelangen konnten. Die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich! Jede Frage, die wir hatten bekamen wir prompt von Goran beantwortet! Die Tischtennisplatte wurde gut genutzt von uns! Alles in allem: wir haben uns wunderbar erholt! Frauke & Matthias

Das Haus sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, es war alles sauber und der Gastgeber war sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Das Haus ist etwas ab von Restaurants und SupermƤrkten. Ein Mini Markt ist aber in der NƤhe in dem man Dinge des tƤglichen Gebrauchs einkaufen kann.

Sehr schƶnes Haus, super Ausstattung. Liegt in einem kleinen Dorf. Super Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge in ganz Istrien. Kleiner Supermarkt in der NƤhe wo man alles fĆ¼r den tƤglichen Gebrauch bekommt. Schƶnes Haus mit riesen auƟenbereich
Ein sehr schƶnes Haus modern alles was man braucht mit einem riesen Haus. Die gegend ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Daher sind Supermarkt und StrƤnde 15 min entfernt und nicht direkt vor Ort. Sonst ein perfekter Urlaub

Tolles Haus in wirklich ruhiger Lage
Das Haus war toll eingerichtet. GrundstĆ¼ck und Pool sehr sauber. Einziges Manko, wir waren mit sieben Personen da. FĆ¼r bis zu acht Personen ist das Haus beschrieben. Allerdings gibt es im Esszimmer nur 6 StĆ¼hle, draussen im Carport auch. Teller und Besteck kƶnnte auch was mehr sein... aber sonst wirklich sehr sehr schƶn.

Super zufrieden
Der Aufenthalt war wirklicher super. Es war alles wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, super neu und sauber. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer problemlos an den Besitzer wenden. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefĆ¼hlt und wĆ¼rden immer wieder das Haus buchen!

Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Einrichtung
Wir waren die ersten Mieter nach Sanierung in diesem Haus. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten die noch nicht gepasst haben aber immer sofort behoben wurden war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kƶnnen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
