Casa Zahora - Pool & SPA, 700 meters to beach - Extended families' first choice!

The location is undoubtedly one of Casa Zahora's strengths; here you are a short stroll away from one of the Costa de la Luz's best beaches.

Living in Zahora has twenty restaurants within walking distance and a great beach with a protective reef that is ideal for families with children!

The villa is spaciously divided into a main house and an annex, situated in a large and open garden. Large saltwater swimming pool, spa facilities and air conditioning - both hot and cold - make this a comfortable home in summer and winter.

The main house has a total of 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, in our opinion the "comfort level" is 6 people, depending on the composition of the traveling party. The living room has an open plan and the kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher. In the backyard, just by the kitchen entrance, you will find a gas grill for quick and easy meals when the weather or time makes it less interesting to use the garden kitchen or the charcoal grill on the roof terrace above the annex.

In the annex there is room for 4, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a simple kitchen that offers options for cold and hot drinks. Above the annex, there is a partially covered roof terrace with a fireplace, walled-up barbecue and a lovely view.

The pergola provides shade during the day and warmth in the evenings and contains an outdoor kitchen, a "relax" bench and a large dining area. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven, a kamado grill, gas hobs, sink and fridge.

The spa facility consists of a Sauna and Hot-/Cold-Tub as well as a sheltered garden shower with hot and cold water with an adjacent sink and toilet. One bag of firewood per week for use in the sauna (possibly in the fireplaces or pizza oven) is included in the rent. Together with the pool, these installations guarantee outdoor enjoyment and recreation in any weather all year round.

Zahora is a small "Pueblo" with around 400 households. About half of these are permanent residents, while the other half is mainly made up of Spaniards who have their holiday homes here. Conil and Vejer are the nearest small towns and both of these are approx. 10 minutes drive away.

The Light Coast is authentically Spanish; only a limited development in connection with tourism has been carried out after a new zoning plan was available in Andalucía. The mile-long beaches, which are considered to be among the finest beaches in Europe with their fine white sand and clean, clear water, will therefore be allowed to welcome holidaymakers without dominant buildings in the future as well.

Great property, fantastic location
The property is in a wonderful location, within walking distance of Zahora beach, one of the best beaches in this area, and close to some really good restaurants. The grounds of the property really make this place great, with a choice of barbecue areas, dining and relaxing spots, and a much needed swimming pool on a hot day. The agency always responded promptly to our questions, and the cleaner was very helpful and friendly too! We had a great time and if we come back to this area, we would stay here again.

Location and outdoor lifestyle makes this property
We had a wonderful stay at this property with friends. I have given it three stars as the house is basic inside but the outdoor facilities makes up for this. The outdoor kitchen with the pizza oven and BBQ was excellent and the sauna and outdoor bathroom is brilliant. Great location near shops, restaurants and beach bars. This is the third year in a row and would highly recommend Zahora.

Fantastic villa in a superb location.
We had a great 2 weeks at this property. The house was really clean and well - equipped and really spacious.The outside kitchen just made cooking and relaxing even better - we cooked almost exclusively outside. When we didn’t want to cook, we were literally minutes away from lots of fantastic bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic family holiday at Casa Martin 30 June - 14 July 2018
The property was so much more than we had hoped for accommodating our party of 12 perfectly. It was well equipped with everything we needed and had a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed every aspect - the beautiful pool, spa, sauna and barbecue and bar area and the outdoor shower and toilet was handy with our big numbers. The location was great with easy access beaches restaurants bars and shops a short walk or drive away and large supermarket and fun shopping in nearby Conil. Hopkins family New Zealand

Just Exquisite
There is nothing more to say than absolutely PERFECT, pure bliss. Area - this location in Spain is just beautiful, the owner of this property told me that he and his wife fell in love with Zahora and I totally understand why! We are still looking to buy here. The propert is great, we swam in the pool every day, what a treat with no chlorine! The jacuzzi and Sauna are just such a lovely touch, we didn't think we would use them but we did! On numerous occasions. The beach is walking distance and the local restaurants are just delightful, everything you need for a perfect holiday. When can we come again????

Holiday dream
We stayed in this lovely house and annex with 6-7 adults in February. Our group enjoyed really enjoyed dips in the saltwater pool, followed by warming up in the sauna. Grilling and hanging out in the room on top of the annex at night was quite memorable, as we could see the stars and the lighthouse beam sweeping across the sky. This is our third time in the region, and Zahora has been our favorite location yet. Much of this beach town was closed up for winter, though the nearby camping store is open for groceries and firewood. There’s also wonderful covered Mercado in nearby Barbate, in addition to bigger grocery stores. We especially enjoyed running on the nearby beach with its tide pools and wild waves, and the relative ease with which we could access hikes and assorted day trips. We made so many good memories in Casa Martin. From cooking pizza in the garden to sunsets on the beach, we would consider returning to this very house again!

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung
Das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung und bietet wirklich alles was man möchte und braucht. Bei uns ist leider gleich am ersten Tag die Waschmaschine kaputt gewesen, doch die Servicestelle in Conil hat uns super weitergeholfen und 2 Tage später einen Techniker vorbeigeschickt. Leider waren bei unsrer Ankunft die Betten nicht bezogen und mussten das selbst erledigen doch insgesamt kann man das Haus und die Lage weiterempfehlen, weil auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter echt super war und uns gut weitergeholfen hat. lg Stefan

Nog beter dan verwacht!
Het is een heel fijn huis, dat in werkelijkheid nog een stuk beter is dan wij hadden verwacht. In het echt is het mooier, beter en ruimer dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt over een zeer uitgebreide keuken. De buitenkeuken is misschien nog wel beter met o.a. een barbecue (Kamado), pizza/hout oven (5 Minuti) en een koelkast. Het zwembad is ruim en bevat geen chloor, wat erg fijn is. Ook is er een hot tub, wat best lekker kan zijn als het toch aan de frissere kant is (ook 's avonds). Daarnaast is er buiten een ruime sauna (welke wij zelf niet gebruikt hebben) en douche beschikbaar. Het dakterras van het bijgebouw verzekert je van extra zon en een uitzicht op zee. Het strand is dichtbij op loopafstand. In de direct omgeving zijn er kleine winkeltjes/supermarktjes en gezellige restaurants met goed eten. Kortom, wij konden weinig meer wensen in de week dat wij daar verbleven, het was geweldig.

Schönes Haus - gute Lage
Sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Restaurants und der schöne,breite Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Haus und Garten sind perfekt bei schönem Wetter. Outdoorküche, Garten-Sauna mit Dusche und Toilette , Pool mit vielen Liegen und ein weiterer Aussengrill hinter der Küche laden zum Auffenthalt im Freien ein. Zudem ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Der Wohnraum mit offener Küche und großem Kamin ist sehr gemütlich. Die 2 Schlafzimmer im EG sind mit einem kleinen (ca.1;50m) Doppelbett bzw. Mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Auf der geschlossenen Galerie befindet sich ein weiteres großes Schlafzimmer mit einem weiteren (schmalen ca. 1,50m) Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Alle Räume sind mit eigenen Klimageräten ausgestattet. Im Haupthaus befindet sich ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Betreuung vor Ort (in Conil) war sehr gut! Wir waren sehr zufrieden — wenn überhaupt würden wir uns bequemere und breitere Betten wünschen.
