STILL AVAILABLE FOR THE MWC 2019!! GREAT PRICES AND EXCELLENT LOCATION. This apartment is ideal for MWC. We are very close to Plaza Espana. Do not lose the opportunity to stay at this high quality flat.

The apartment is located at the most trendy area of the Eixample quarter just 2 blocks away from the Sant Antoni market the entrance to the old town. Las Ramblas with the famous Boqueria organic market or the liceo opera house are 10 min on foot from the apartment in a very nice walk through the old town of barcelona. You can easily get to the MACBA (contemporary modern art museum of barcelona) from the flat.
The apartment is located at the golden restaurant area of the city. Next door you have restaurants such as tickets and 41 Grados (from Ferran Adria brother's Sergi Adria), Quimet Quimet, Ikibana, rias de galicia with its modern upper restaurant kru. The neighborhood has lots of nice cozy cafes and delicatessen grocery stores. Its delightful to walk on its streets and enjoy its local life. Nice traditional wine bars and cafeterias with people reading the paper and enjoying the sunny days of barcelona just steps away to the major sightseeings of the city.

The flat is a very elegant 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with very luxury finishing. Starting from its natural thick wooden floors and skirting boards that goes around the door lintel to the very comfortable beds both equipped with memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms are dressed with very high quality linen and have design furniture such as le corbusier tables and nice bedside lamps. All bathrooms offer premium quality chortex towels.
A state of art living room with a very comfortable leather chester sofa bed and a leather chester armchair. The furniture at the living room evokes quality and lots of comfort. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook as a chef.

The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom and a big lacquer doors closet. The second bedroom has its own lacquer doors closet and outside there is a second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds. There is additional sleeping space at the very comfortable sofa bed.
This apartment has been design like the most luxurious senior suits of a five star hotel.
The apartment is ideal for a short vacation, long stays or business trip. Even if you are coming for a cruise ship the cruise ship terminal is 15 min on foot from the flat. In a short walk you can get to plaza espana where the barcelona exhibition center is located.

Lovely little apartment!
Lovely, well appointed and comfortable apartment for our family with two young adult children. A small fruit shop nearby as well as some small convenience stores, bakeries, restaurants and the San Antoni Market. Easy to catch a taxi close by.

Loved the location, great host who greeted us above our expectations ahead of our intended arrival. Tony is also a very knowledgeable host available to assist all his guests on small excursions around Barcelona. Unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of his services because of health issues on our side.

Great Neighborhood and apartment
We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Tony had excellent customer service and although we didn’t need it he offered his services as a tour guide too. Loved the neighborhood with all of the good restaurants and coffee shops. Close to metro that helped us get around the city easily. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location
If you’re looking for somewhere to blend in with the locals, this is the place. If you don’t mind walking, you can pretty much walk to everything from the unit. Lots of local cafes, restaurants and bars near by the unit. Tony was awesome to deal with, made check easy and stored our bags as we arrived early in the day, I would also recommend book a day trip with Tony as we really enjoyed it.

Everything was perfect and simplified for us. You can arrange shuttles, taxis, tours, extras once you book this VRBO. Beds were great, walking distance to everything. Property Manager Tony was wonderful and we did a tour with him which was amazing in itself. We had the best time and will be back. You will be very pleased with everything here.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely part of the city. Nearby metro makes it easy to get to just about anything in the Barcelona area. There are lots of restaurants and tapas places nearby. It felt like quieter, more residential part of the City-way om the busier streets in other areas.

Well located property in safe neighborhood
The flat is well appointed and functional, however small by American standards. If you wanted to use the TV, you must have yout Netflix or Prime passwords. I feel the property manager was a little pushy to use him as a tour guide when we first arrived at the apartment even after explaining that we had already arranged private tours. Upon checking out, he was waiting downstairs for us to leave and did not even ask us if we enjoyed our stay. I felt he was very rude. If you book any tours, or even to pay the local city tax on the flat, they prefer cash in Euros or a PayPal account. have your Netflixhave have yout

Location, location, location
Not sure you could fina a better location if you want to enjoy the culture of local Barcelona. Within a 2-3 block radius there are countless bars, cafes, bakeries, restaurants tun by locals. Staff at everyone of them are friendly. 15 min walk to Placa Espanya, 25 minute walk to Placa Catalunya, 25 minute walk to Mont Juic cable car, 30 minute walk to the foot of Las Ramblas. Enjoyed all 7 days.

Great place to stay. Close to everything and in walking distance is a great Mercado (fresh market). From the market we bought most of what we needed for our dinners, fresh cheese, olives, meat, and fruit. Tony was a great guide for our walking gastronomical tour and our trip to Montserrat.

Perfect in every way!
We can’t wait to go back! The condo was perfect in every way, two bedrooms, pull out couch, closets, two bath and washer and dryer! The location could not have been any more convenient, metro just down the street, great bars, supermarkets, restaurant's and coffee shops within minutes. We were welcomed by Tony on day one, helpful with any questions we had, also did a day tour to Montserrat and local beaches. Could not ask for a better vacation! Highly recommended!!
