Overall good. Good location if you want to walk and explore the city. Also close to a metro stop, which I did not use. Staff is a bit cold and unfriendly. I asked the to call a taxi for me so i can attend a scheduled tour. After 20 minutes of waiting and two times asking if it would be faster to just walk to a taxi stand, I walked to a taxi stand and was immediately on my way. They were more concerned that they would be charged a cancelation fee than helping me. In the end, the taxi stand is only a block away and it all worked out...although I was 30 minutes late for my tour. The breakfast staff was very friendly.

Beautiful atmosphere, comfortable beds, and quiet property. Really enjoyed how close and convenient it was to walk to the buses, metro, and other areas of the city. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others.

The room had really bad smell from sewage. Sometimes, it was difficult to sleep. Except that , we really had good time in the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was really convenient.

Everything was well done. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Only major criticism is that the room is on the smaller side. Difficult to place two large luggage bags in the room and open them up.

Concierge staff weren’t particularly friendly. The room had cobwebs on the ceiling and there was still someone else’s shaved hair in the sink. The doors have warped so you have to slam them shut. Strange smell in the bathroom. Environmentally the toilet doesn’t appear to have a half flush and the bath tap would run while the shower head was running.
