I loved that they have 24 hrs reception. Checkin process was quick. Using what’s app to ask question made it easy to contact reception anytime day or night, appreciate the quick response from the staff with all my questions. We enjoy the apt. Ut was very spacious.

The property is well located and offer basic amenities such as elevators and A/C, so if you’re just looking for a place to crash or are willing to live with some annoying inconveniences, then it might be fine for you. I, on the other hand, was expecting a more modern and well equipped appt. What I found was a property that has been poorly patched up and shows signs of tremendous wear and tear. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly rude. Seemed tremendously frustrated and acted as is did not need any business in the property. Made no attempts to be civil and said (when we asked if there were any issues that we should be made aware of with the property), and quote, “you can go look for some place else if it’s not what you expect”. That was the first impression we had with the property. The pictures of the property in no way reflect the amount of wear and tear that the property has. The bathroom ceiling had been patched with some plastic that slammed up and down every time you opened the bathroom door. The hot water turn immediately cold if anyone turns anything else in the bathroom. The living room has a couch that has some stains and the carpet is old and smells terrible. Wherever the “patio” is, it wasn’t on our room. Don’t recommend, especially if you have kids.

Great spacious apartment in the middle of everything. We had a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. It had a large living room, washing machine (no dryers in Europe!) and two double beds. We were very comfortable here and walking distance to all the sights. Very hospitable staff as well. Would stay here again.

This location is perfect for anyone. The best dining experiences are available all walking. The Arc is down the street . Las. ramblas is 15 minutes walk. The location is perfect . Saga coffee on corner made every morning perfect . We washed our clothes here which was such a nice freshener.. the lady who works down stairs is incredibly nice and follows through. She is very thorough. When I checked in she opened the map and shared all the key points to visit. 25 years ago I came with my father to the adidas store . He passed now. She showed me exactly how to get to that store. She took time to check us in and even offered candy. The other person who worked there was not too welcoming. He seemed like he was always annoyed by anyone. He even said you need to explain to me what you need. When I was told to simply go down and just get a key . Initiallu our room has a very bad odor.. the lady kindly switched us next day to make our stay bareable.. the bathrooms need a major remodel. But everything else. Was amazing. Thank you for your excellent service kind lady

Great place for a family of 4-6! It is truly an apartment with a master suite, a 2nd BR with twin beds, a pull out couch, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer. Recently renovated and super clean. Central location with lots within walking distance. Stop reading reviews and book!

We really enjoyed this staffed hotel style apartment during our stay in Barcelona. Secure, clean, and good layout to accommodate family of 4. Stayed 4 nights as a family of 4. Check-in was easy. Communication with the staff was easy. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a washer for laundry. Located within walking distances of the popular attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and a few Markets within a few blocks. I would stay here again.
