Check in was quick and easy, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Only thing was that the rooms weren’t overly soundproof and obviously lots of people stay to get to the airport so noise started quite early from other rooms

For a tourist, It is very far from the city center and you waste a lot of money on the taxis, the metro bus is also not that convenient.

Absolutely fantastic customer service + breakfast + cleanliness. Loved it so much that I booked it again for my second trip to Barcelona. It is close to airport. Far from city center but well worth the commute. Newer hotel. Staff is super helpful. Will stay again here. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with helpful staff
We arrived early for check in but the hotel was very accommodating. They had one of the 2 rooms ready so allowed us to check in early. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were so helpful. They assisted in arranging a taxi with a wheelchair ramp when we were checking out which was not an easy task but they called numerous companies to ensure that we were able to travel to into the city. This is my second stay at the hotel and I would not hesitate to use again.
