The staff to begging with were amazing, from the checking point to the last day. Very helpful and as if they knew us well. Very approachable and knowledgeable with our requests for recommendations. Absolutely amazing.. The front desk staff, the bar staff and restaurant staff were chatty and so much fun to talk to. The housekeeping was great and elour overall stay was full of goodness and relaxation. We will come back as the location was not central but close which was something we wanted. Transport everywhere was easy enough. Gracias!

We stayed for 1 week in August2024. The lobby area beyond reception is really pretty, it was clean, felt safe and had friendly staff. The rooms were simple, but comfortable. The area is close to the beach and transport, and many interesting places to visit. The pool area is a bit smaller than the photos suggest, and has no shade until about 5.30pm in the height of summer. Our main complaint was the ‘gym’ which is tiny and barely fits 3-4 people max. Would suggest for a short stay in Barcelona.

It is not exactly the city center, but busses and subway can take you anywhere for $2.55 a ride, or a taxi is always near by.

Amazing again !!
Brilliant service at every point from check in to check out. Amazing gentleman working at the bar, feel bad I can’t remember his name (Italian). Amazing customer service as was the rest of the team. Rooftop bar is lovely as are the staff. This was my second visit to the hotel and didn’t disappoint again. Rooms super clean and beds very comfortable. Great location away from traffic and 10 mins to the beach. 25 mins walk to Sagrada Familia or jump in the many taxis available at very good prices. Taxi from airport approx €33 well worth it or on the bus you’ll end up in the centre and need a taxi from there.

Great place for a family!
Very happy with our stay here. We had a family type room, the kids had their own room (double bed) and their own bathroom. Then we had a king sized bed and our own bathroom. Had to explain to the kids not to confuse the toilet and bidet when they used our bathroom! The pool area is small but it is very nice. The kids enjoyed it and we had fun chatting with other guests. The lady at the bar was a bit surly and was militant on the one towel per guest policy, but she meant well. Food at the bar was overpriced and mediocre, drinks were so so. The staff is wonderful, and there is a nice little cafe next door which has very reasonably priced pastries and sandwiches and coffee.

We stayed here for two nights prior to catching our cruise. The hotel is beautiful! We got a family room and it was so spacious and having separate bedrooms when traveling with children is such a luxury. It was walking distance from the Barcelona Zoo and Cafe Mensanna which we wanted to drop in for for lunch. The rooftop bar was a perfect place to hang out after a hot afternoon. Mom and dad could have drinks and sit close by while the kids went for a swim. We dined one night at Dionissos and we highly recommend. Service is slow but that a Spain thing not a hotel thing. The food though is delicious and again, the hotel is so pretty. We had drinks by the bar at night and every cocktail we tried was a hit. We visited Park Guell and Sagrada Familia and those were short cab rides away and not to mention front desk would call the cab for me (cabs are perfectly situated just outside to the left). It was so nice. We plan to be back the next time we are in Barcelona.

Great hotel, has a lovely rooftop pool and bar area, the hotel had fabulous decor, the beds were comfy, we booked a junior suite and another room for family, fabulous friendly and professional staff, breakfast was excellent

Nice, clean friendly hotel
Very nice, clean, friendly hotel. Room was large and more than big enough for family of three. Room was very clean and had all the amenities, however the TV didn’t work, but this was not an issue for us. The communal areas were clean and the rooftop pool was good but can imagine it being crowded in the summer months as there was little space and chairs around it. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, both hot and cold. Staff were very helpful and more than helpful with requests we made. There is extensive building work in the adjoining building and we were woken by drilling a couple of mornings. It looks like this building work is in its early stages. The location of the hotel is within a residential area and as such, there’s not much in the immediate vicinity but it is only a 10minute walk to the beach and half hour to Las Ramblas.
