Comfortable room with early-ish check in (3 PM) and a later check out (noon), well suited to our needs in this trip. Friendly and efficient luggage hold, comfortable beds, quiet room at night (after housekeeping left), free mini bar with juice and water, coffee with ceramic cups and glass cups for water rather than plastic. Lots of nice little things-we noticed.

We were a group of 3 adults. I was told the mini bar was included, there was only 2 beer so I asked for another so we could sit down & unwind as a group...I was informed that we'd have to go downstairs & buy any additional drinks that we want. I didn't have a problem doing that but, if you have 3 adults in a room why not provide 3 beer?!?! Also, we had 3 adults but no bedding for the third person. Do you not think they would have had it ready in the room when we arrived? We just noticed this prior to hearing to bed...waited 20 minutes for it. The street noise at night kept us all up.

This is a lovely hotel in a good location. 10 mins walk to the port and 10 mins from las ramblas. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast had an amazing choice. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay in the future.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Innside. Prior to check-in, they ensure that you're supplied with all the information you need. I love the fact that it was so close to mass transit. In addition, it was walking distance or a quick metro ride to majority of the places we wanted to get to. The room was clean, they stock up the mini bar (with water and juices), and helped me out with booking an airport shuttle. The man at the front desk (I wish I got his name) was the sweetest. He even went outside to verify that it was my shuttle to the airport before he let me go outside at 4 AM! And they say chivalry is dead! Overall, great experience and wonderful hotel.

We used this hotel as the base for our visit to Barcelona. It was a 10-minute walk to the harbor or to the restaurants and shops along La Rambla. There is a Metro station right outside the hotel, which made getting around Barcelona very easy. (We highly recommend the multi-day Metro pass.) The hotel is in a commercial section Av. de Paral.lel. As a result, it's not as picturesque as hotels in the more touristy or retail-heavy areas. However, we felt completely safe. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.

Loved the location’s proximity to the port as well as noteworthy attractions. However, we didn’t feel as safe as we would’ve liked walking around the property at night.

Me nd my family expended a whole week on vacation and stayed in this hotel that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Barcelona. Want to thanks Ines, Jorge, Ryan, Gabriel, David and the Jorge from Cuba. The hotel is very clean, the staff is upstanding, amenities are great, area is perfect located in the city.
