Very nice, clean hotel. Although it is on a busy street, once the windows are closed it was very quiet. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. They were never too busy to provide information or guidance regarding the area.

We recently stayed at Hotel Catalonia Gran in Barcelona, and it exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic – just outside the busy zones, making it a peaceful retreat while still being close enough to the city's main attractions. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Adrian and Valery were incredibly knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and gave excellent recommendations for places to eat. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. After long days of exploring the city, it was a pleasure to return to such a relaxing space. One of the highlights was the excellent chocolates they provided – a sweet and delicious touch that added a bit of luxury to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona. Great location, outstanding staff, and a cozy atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent really enjoyed the fresh orange juice. We were running late one morning for a activity and the gentleman at the front desk spoke to the taxi driver explaining that we were late so I guess he took a short cut and we made it with 2 minutes before the bus left. Thank you so much.

Very convenient location near Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla. Luxury boutique hotel, with all modern amenities. the online photos are true of the quality of the room. Clean and very helpful friendly staff. The only thing to be aware of as other reviewers have noted is that the rooms are VERY bijou. Perfect for solo traveller, couple or short stay (we spent one night). Other than that - which is not an issue unless you intend to stay in the room - would highly recommend. Although we didn’t use it the gym, pool and dining lounge all looked great.

Everything was excellent! The staff was so very friendly and helpful! The area felt safe and was convenient to La Rambla and several great restaurants. If you don’t feel like walking the metro is close and there are lots of taxis available. It was also beautifully decorated and I was sad to leave after only 2 nights, but we were heading to a cruise. I highly recommend this hotel!

From check in to check out the staff at catalonia Hran Via could not have been more helpful. The location is close enough to walk to the ramblas and psg de gracia but far enough removed not to have throngs of tourost outside the door. I had there terrace room which overlooked the pool. . . View wasnt great but a fabulous option if you are a smoker. The welcome goodies basket was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend. . .priced very reasonably for BCN too.

Modern, clean, comfortable, close to pick up and drop off from the airport. Breakfast was amazing- we were super impressed. Lots of authentic Spanish breakfast delicacies to try. Staff was super helpful and gave us great advice for our holiday. High recommend this hotel
