True five-star hotel at the heart of Barcelona. Close to all the major sites by walk. Staff is hyper welcoming and were able to call us by our last name after only 2 days. Very quiet and luxurious. Beds are very comfortable.

Excellent and luxurious hotel in a very convenient location. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and sites in Barcelona. The staff were incredible and very professional. Able to give recommendations for whatever you may need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room and the bathroom were both quite large.

This used to be the Ritz Hotel. It is a true 5 star. The staff is excellent in every department. They do their best to make your stay enjoyable. We did not get an upgrade. We paid the same price as booking directly through the hotel. We had a problem with the shower that was fixed quickly and were offered a lesser room is we wanted to move. We stayed in our room. The clothes cleaning service is same day. You must put do not disturb sign if you don’t want people attending to your room . Also if you have asthma etc you must request that room not be sprayed with any scent. When you first walk in the lobby the scent is overwhelming! Very well run hotel with restaurants, rooftop, jazz club, spa, activities and cigar bar. Lots to enjoy.

One of the best hotel in Barcelona with ultra friendly staff. From front desk to concierge everyone was so wonderful. Great location close to all the best of Barcelona. Definitely recommended.

Good hotel. Terrible wifi in rooms.
This is a good hotel to stay with friendly staff One problem is the wifi which is good in the lobby but terrible in the rooms. So if one is on a business trip it is impossible to do one’s work in the room unless one has unlimited data on the mobile phone and one hotspots the laptop to the phone. Inspite of my pointing this out to the reception staff on the first day of my 7 day stay nothing was done to improve it. I requested a change of rooms to see if the wifi improved in another room but this was not made available.
