Generally nice hotel in a great neighbourhood for walking sightseeing restaurants. Nice outdoor patio to use with outdoor pool which was still open but was too cold for most of us by early October.

It was centrally located next to La Rambla St. and was perfect for everything we needed. The staff was great and everyone spoke English. They had adapters that we could borrow and even complementary champagne when we checked in. The rooms were large and the customer service was great. I highly recommend.

The heater in the room only blew cold air. I also lost power in the room on my last morning, before sunrise so had problems packing and showering before heading to the airport. I brought it to the attention of the front desk at checkout, and got nothing more than a verbal shrug of the shoulders.
