Nice apartment in the Gothic Quarter
Comfortable apartment in the Gothic Quarter. Lots to do within walking distance, accessible by car with parking close by. My kids enjoyed a separate sleeping area. Second kitchen in 2-bed was not functional, it didn’t inhibit our stay, just would have been nice to use the second washing machine. Friendly staff, apartment was as described and pictured.

We are a family of 4 and loved the space of this apartment. It was walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and bars. There was a washing machine in the apartment and plenty of room for the entire family to spend time together or quiet time by ourselves. There is a great bar/restaurant right across the street and the host provided wonderful suggestions for dining which we appreciated and visited.

The apt is wonderfully located in the heart of the gothic centre of Barcelona and is fabulous for a group of people travelling. The owners were quick with communication and provided support when needed and the staff at the store were great. As it is an apt, there is no reception and hours of checking in are very limited. The apartments were quite dirty and they would benefit by having any form of instructions on how to work the laundry (which does not dry clothes), thermostat, oven, wifi, etc. Overall, the location and people made the place somewhere I would Consider returning to.

Alex welcomed us to her apartment with open arms, giving us great recommendations for food and activities. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was much more spacious than expected and everything was so clean. It was located in the heart of the city but still peaceful at night. The air conditioner was not turned on. They said not until June. When the French doors are open it is comfortable, but trying to sleep with the doors open in really hard with the street noise and voices coming through.
